I ordered for pick up during rush hour. I went in and 3 young gentleman were working hard doing the best they can. You could tell that everyone was waiting for their orders, some people more impatient than others but they still kept it respectful and no attitude. Our fast food workers and people working these fast paced jobs don’t get enough praise.

Wings had the wrong sauce. Cinnabons were burnt and inedible. Pizza tasted like it has been sitting around for quite some time before being boxed up. I live very close, so food temperature shouldn’t have been as cold as it was.

I pulled up at 10:05 and called hoping I could still order carry out. I see the manager locking the doors so I asked him to confirm and he said yes. However he said I could come in the store and order something after I told him I was starving. He let me order and wait for it to cool and at the end he didn’t even charge me. What an exceptional manager. Customer service was taught to him by someone old school because he knows what it’s all about. Thank you sir for being kind and for saving me from my hunger pains.

Very slow and employees seem like the are ín a whole different world as they have headphones on and don’t acknowledge people coming in and to make things worse doordasher are waiting between 30 minutes to an hour for an order which isn’t plausible for doordashers because it’s supposed to be a quick in and out to be able to deliver the food to the customer in a timely manner

We ordered stuff crusted meat lover pizza and 2 drinks I got wrong pizza regular crust the drink was wrong. I called to tell them about my order it was wrong they sent a new pizza and the drink. But they gave wrong pizza and drink….. I’m really disappointed of this place.
