The front desk woman was friendly and got my pizza promptly. I wanted a stuffed crust, but either the website or my fat fingers must have messed up during checkout and got the regular pan crust. To make it worse, I ended up with a square crust because they didn’t have pan crust. However, she gave me a break on the bill, which I highly appreciated.

It’s just not good at all. Little Cesars would have been 10x better and cheaper than this. The medium pizza was so incredibly thin (we asked for original hand tossed) and the crust was horrible too with no seasonings. The pizza didn’t taste like Pizza Hut normally tastes. It was weird and not good. At all. Two thumbs way down.

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for food that was supposed to be delivered. Called to find out where the order was, and the first rude employee could not find my order. Then, he just hands the phone to a young lady who started out saying she can’t help and they do not have my food. I explained I have an email, tracking number, and the bill showing the order as placed. She then finally takes it seriously and behold the order is still sitting in the store. At this point, my order is 40 minutes late, been sitting on the counter for who knows how long, so I asked her to cancel my order and refund the money, and I get hung up on. Will check tomorrow to see if it happens.

What’s up with the one delivery driver with his Wish car and speakers? Came up to the house in the middle of the day while I’m working from home with that ridiculous mess blaring and rattling windows. Called and spoke to the manager and he said they’ve asked him multiple times to turn down his stereo. What a joke.

Don’t use curbside… I texted the number as I was supposed to. I got a response that my order would be right out. I ended up waiting 15 minutes before I went in to ask. My food was sitting there the whole time and i didn’t even get an apology, just excuses. Will avoid this location in the future.
