Worker lied about a pick up order just being received when I was picking it up from Uber Eats. Nobody even came up front for over 5 min and completely ignored the door/customer bell. When someone noticed me waving at them, they told me that they had just received the order and I would have to wait another 10 min after Uber Eats sent me there on a 10/15min drive. Worker is a younger black haired man and did not give his name.

This is my consumer experience from this past Saturday (11/9). It is a lengthy post, but I want to detail the whole process so consumers know what to expect. This is my first AND last experince at this location. I ordered delivery online and the tracker appeared to show the process moving pretty quickly. This Pizza Hut location uses a 3rd party service to deliver your food. Although the tracker showed the delivery driver was close to me, the individual went out of their way to delivery another order much further away from my address. By the time I got the delivery it was cold AND it wasn’t even my order. The driver had swapped the orders. I realized before the driver left and ran out to tell him that it was not my order. He said he couldnt do anything (3rd party) and I needed to call the store. I tried to call the store, but this location ALSO uses a call center so I couldn’t even talk to anyone at the actual store location (even though they list the phone number like its the physical store). The call center couldn’t get through to the store either. They stated all they could do was leave messages and hope for a call back (so zero resolution for a wrong order). I ended up driving the wrong delivery to the store location so I could cancel the order in person and get a refund. While I was there, the shift manager (Heather Q.) told me I couldnt cancel the order because my “correct” order was already on the way, even though another 3rd party delivery driver was actually in the store at the time waiting for my order. Once she realized that my “correct” order wasnt even ready, nor was it on the way, she told me I could cancel the order, but they couldnt do anything until the end of the night when they “reconcile” the books and place my order as undeliverable. The charge on my credit card was supposed to drop off since it was “pending”. Instead I check my account today and I was still charged. I initiated a dispute on the charge since my only recourse is to call a pizza hut call center and leave messages and hope someone gets back to me.

Update: We gave them another shot and this time everything was overcooked and dry. The cookie just crumbled and tasted burnt. Most likely our final time ordering here.
1st order. We ordered the Big New Yorker and a thin crust meat lovers. Like many have said in the reviews they are very skimpy on the sauce. Hardly any it seems which made the meat lovers very dry. The Big New Yorker saved this review from being a 1 or 2 star.

The worst ordering and food experience ever. We placed an order at 2:00 pm.
We got the pizza and it was dry, had no cheese nor sauce even after I paid for extra cheese.
We called the manager and we were told that they had another pizza on its way to us and it would not cost us.
The pizza was delivered but the lady wanted to be paid.
So we had to call Pizza Hut again.
An order was taken at 3:30 pm.
It is 8:12 pm now and I got talked down by an angry manager.
My husband and I are doctors and we really do not have 4 hours to spare on delivery issues.
I ended up being placed on hold for about an hour.

Stopped in spur of the moment to grab 2 large pizzas for dinner and the two employees were extremely polite, efficient, and even gave me a deal to make the 2 pizzas I came in for a better price and I walked out with a 2 litter of soda and breadsticks as well. The entrance was very clean and inviting and had cute fall and Halloween decor.

This store needs to put a second person to help up front when they are busy. The guy who is there most is always in the weeds and I just imagine the manager being like ‘welp that’s a you problem’ because I have never once seen them come up to help.

I would say this was one of the worst experiences we have had. One of the pizzas crust was mostly raw dough. The othe pizza was cold. Not impressed we haven’t tried pizza hut in a few years and probably won’t again. Lesson learned.

If I could give negative stars I would, I watched an employee drop someones wings on their dirty counter and then picked them up with his bare hands and then proceeded to pack them into a bag and give them to the doordasher for the customer, I finally had to say something to have them remade. After asking the if they were going to remake them the employee insisted that the counters are cleaned every morning and night… like that makes it alright that he dropped the wings and touched them with his bare hands. Below is their oh so clean counter.

At first glance the pizza seems ok….. but it’s not made as ordered. As others have said for a 15+ dollar pizza they hardly put any toppings on pizza. The pizza was dry with almost no sauce. I thought ok its under the cheese? Nope just bread! The taste was awful. I thought about other times I’ve ordered and realized it’s like that every time. The customer service is on point though. They will usually offer to fix but you get the same results no toppings no sauce.

Terrible greasy pizza, super rude costumer service. The manger she was the absolute worse. Nasty floor and saw a rat outside their store absolutely disgusting the employees too
