I probably have eaten here about 8 to 10 times in the last year-and-a-half. The first you were pretty good, and the people who work there are typical of Monahans people: very friendly. The place however is generally filthy. The last three visits the pizza has been extremely large crust and light toppings. Three pieces on a average of pepperoni and this much crust – really? The pictures are from my last experience. Sad but true – and especially sad when you’re paying $15 a pizza. Last visit may be last time.

First off, when I called the phone number the girl that answered said I had to order online. When the pizza arrived, there was no sauce on it. The pizzas and breadsticks are never cut all the way through and the marinara is always cold.

We ordered a pizza with points we had. We had to order a side to make the price deliverable…we did. When it arrived this is what the pizza looked like…almost torn apart and no side. I called and was told because of covid, the side wasn’t available….but why couldn’t they at least CUT the pizza or advise us of the side??

The service was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The salad was terrible. It was dead and wilted and soggy. The pizza sauce was cold. I may have came in on a bad day.

Giving them two stars only because they were super sweet to my kids. Ordered the $20 box, but the “pizzas” were breadsticks with like no sauce or toppings, and no crust flavoring. I ordered a sausage pizza with hut favorite crust flavoring and very specifically was like HEAVY on the crust flavoring, please. So when it came out as pictured, I was shocked. They took $10 off which satisfied me. We ate in, so it’s not like they couldn’t just walk back to our table and ask us if the breadstick pizza was an ok substitute.

Placed an order, got a notification 20 minutes later that it was out for delivery. An hour goes by and nothing so I call, pizza hasn’t even left the store yet. Another hour goes by and it finally gets here. Ordered extra sauce on the pizza, pizza shows up cold with NO sauce. No dipping sauce for the breadsticks. Two and a half hours of waiting just for this disappointment, but hey… at least they remembered the drinks this time. This Pizza Hut used to be decent but lately, would not recommend.

I rarely order from this pizza hut for the simple fact that everytime I order it takes anywhere from an hour to 2 hours to get my food delivered. This last time i received a text saying my order was out for delivery. Over an hour later I called to see what was going on and was told it was out for delivery. I asked what was talking so long to deliver and got a response of being hung up on. My order was never delivered! This pizza hut is the absolute worst place I’ve ever ordered from the customer service is non existent. I’m just glad I opted to pay with cash since it never got delivered.

My experience to this pizza hut was absolutely terrible. First off, they had no fountain drinks, no garlic butter, and the parmeasan shakers were all almost completely empty. I ordered a large pan half pepporoni half supreme no green peppers add banana peppers with extra extra cheese on the whole pizza. The pizza came out and was a hand tossed instead of a pan, it had green peppers and no banana peppers. I was charged for extra cheese and a pan pizza that I did not receive. To top it all off my girlfriend asked for a fork to cut her pizza and they bring out a plastic fork to keep from having to do the dishes! This pizza hut needs to work on their quality of service, attention to orders, and maintaining all the supplies necessary that all standard pizza huts carry.

I’ve been trying to order a pizza for 40 minutes now, they keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me, I was on hold for almost 15 minutes the first time. They were verifying if they’re able to deliver to my address, even though I get pizzas delivered here all the time. Poor service, do not recommend this place. I couldn’t even understand the man over the phone. The fourth call a new person answered and he also hung up on me, I was not being rude in any way because I understand if you’re busy, but this is pure nonsense.
