Should be shut down or immediately inspected by the health department. The condition of this location is deplorable: dirty employees with poor appearance handling food without gloves, no hygiene, and zero professionalism. The floors are disgusting, the bathrooms stink and are full of trash, the tables are left dirty with pizza boxes scattered everywhere, and there is absolutely no customer service. To make matters worse, the employee’s children run around the restaurant as if it were a playground. This place is not only shameful, but also a serious public health risk. A new manager is urgently needed to restore order, or otherwise the best option would be to close it down until it meets basic health standards.

Had a great experience at this Pizza Hut. The hospitality was truly amazing—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive from the moment we walked in. The service made a big difference and really stood out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well managed. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again and recommend to others

This Pizza Hut location was absolutely disgusting. I saw one of the workers open the dough with his mouth! The place looked dirty, and the customer service was terrible. I didn’t even pick up the pizza I paid for — I just walked out. Never coming back here again.

I probably have eaten here about 8 to 10 times in the last year-and-a-half. The first you were pretty good, and the people who work there are typical of Monahans people: very friendly. The place however is generally filthy. The last three visits the pizza has been extremely large crust and light toppings. Three pieces on a average of pepperoni and this much crust – really? The pictures are from my last experience. Sad but true – and especially sad when you’re paying $15 a pizza. Last visit may be last time.

Poor customer service. Rude employees. Food took a lot longer to get than stated online. Employees don’t wear gloves when preparing food. At least they didn’t when I was there waiting for my food. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms. Got it delevered with regular cheese and mushrooms. Took the pizza back to fix it and wouldn’t refund the delivery charge. Also shorted garlic dip and told me too bad. Avoid at all cost.
