We placed an order over the phone, 15 minutes or so before arriving at the restaurant. It is solely a pickup location, no inside dining. As I assume the order would be ready to go when we arrived the associate working the counter indicated that ours was coming out of the oven so it would be a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later! I finally ask somebody where our order was?…. They walked around a corner and came back and said that it was nearly ready about three to five minutes later the original associate brought the order to the counter…. I’m not sure what the holdup was but just a disappointing experience is all.

Manager on site said he personally cooked the wings and that he knew they were done correctly. After the argument over the phone I decided to drive back and let him know they were not done he said he was quitting this place to go work at Papa John’s in Katy. What a joke. Basically he doesn’t care about anything. It could of easily gotten anyone sick. What a disgusting human being.

We were told on the app that our delivery would be at 6:32pm. Our delivery came at 6:15pm hot and fresh! Considering I had a hungry 14 yr old, 3 yr old and 1 yr old it was awesome that it came 15 min early

Unfortunately, Google has no option to give zero stars. I would actually give less if I could. We waited well over an hour and a half for our delivery. I called the store 3 times to see why it was taking so long. The boy on the phone was incompetent and told me that the delivery driver “should have been there by now, let me call her and I will call you back” Didn’t hear back from the boy. So I called and told him to cancel the order, he then hung up on me. I would never suggest ordering from this location. If you are ‘running late’ call the customer to let them know so that they can cancel their order. This is completely ridiculous. I expect my credit card to be refunded immediately. Piss poor service at its finest.

They are good on delivery for our area! Have been happy with our orders. Unlike the West Columbia location they do give you free Parmesan cheese and you get charged for it at the other franchise.

If I could give negative stars I would. We tried to do the 2 medium pizzas for 5.99 each…they told us they don’t offer that deal. So we hung up. Went online and found out it can be done online…even though it’s not an online only deal. We tried to do our order online but a credit we had wouldn’t apply. We call back to speak to a manager. I’m unsure of her name. I know she’s young and Hispanic. She was extremely unprofessional. She does the deal over the phone and just hangs up. Doesn’t even ask if it’s delivery or carry out. So we have to call back. She tells us the order is free because of the credit. When the delivery guy brings us our order he tells us the manager said to tell you it’s free and she said something else but I am uncomfortable repeating. What!? Apparently she spoke ill of us. When I called she to find out her problem she swore she didn’t say anything and hung up on me! Our cheese pizza was good (surprisingly) but the supreme we ordered, you could tell was thrown together in a hurry,didn’t have half the ingredients it’s supposed to have. I won’t order from them again.
