We went here about a year ago and loved the chicken, about 6 months ago we got an order of wings and they were okay, super oversauced but… okay. Today we got a email saying they had 99 cent delivery for the “big game”. We have quit a bit going on today so we figured we would give them another shot. Joke was on us. We ordered 8 piece parm garlic bonless chicken wings, 8 piece lemon pepper boneless chicken wings and a 6 piece chicken tenders and fries. Food was delivered and we were missing the tenders totally, and you can see the size of the boneless chicken wings that were delivered. Only thing i could find to put on the plate for a size comparison was a box of matches. We called the wingstop to ask about the missing tenders and the lady that answered the phone was totally annoyed that we were on the phone apparently, we got disconnected and when my wife called back the same ray of sunshine answered the phone and told my wife, “well, what do you want me to do about it..” my wife asked if a manager was there and she said, “I dont know…” when asked is she could find out we have been on hold for 20+ minutes. (Still going on 30 minutes now, was only 21 when i took the photo). I dont complain much and you can look at my previous reviews, pretty easy to please… this is just silly, i will never spend another dime here… hope you have better luck than we have! EDIT: my wife was reLly annoyed and left tbe phone on hold while she drove up there to speak to the manager, she was face to face with the manager and still on hold, over one hour. The manager said she was going to remake the entire order instead of redunding the money. 10 minutes later they bring her 6 tenders.. Totally disgusted after speaking to the manager and giving them a chance to make it right. I don’t know understand how she can watch a manager tell the team to remake the entire order, and then the same lady that was manning the front (and leaving my wife on hold) brings a box of tenders… Franchise owners, this was shameful. This store needs more training or a personelle overhaul.

I ordered on my app and left the house ran an errand and arrived at store. When I went to counter they said it wasn’t ready. No problem. Waited and checked my app to keep up with the time and when it said the food was ready I went ahead and stood upfront by the doors. They seemed busy so I didn’t mind waiting the additional 10 minutes after the estimated 30 min. wait time on the app. When I got in my car I grabbed a wing and it was not hot? I ordered two flavors and one flavor was warmer than the other but neither were seemed very fresh. I’m so confused

I ordered a 16.99 meal and I ordered 8 mango habanero and 12 Cajun and I was given Louisiana rub. I don’t like these wings and when I called they said they can’t remake them. I’m beyond upset.

Food was great but no communication that my food was done. Waited a hour to get my food when it was sitting on counter for 20 minutes getting cold. Usually I get good service but today was the worst I’ve had ever.

Not worth the wait. Ordered a boneless 6pc combo with garlic parmesan dry rub and mild Buffalo sauce, my brother ordered the same but with original hot Buffalo and BBQ sauce. He got his order after about 20 minutes, but mine took another 15 because they were “waiting on fries.” I should menton that the staff wasn’t moving with any urgency whatsoever during this entire ordeal. Once I finally received my food, it was ok. The mild Buffalo sauce was pretty good, but the garlic parm dry rub was not. Tasted like popcorn for some reason? The fries were also not very good, but they at least seemed somewhat fresh, so I’ll give them that. In a nutshell, would not recommend unless you really wanna wait 20+ minutes for mediocre food, in which case knock yourself out.

Online order confirmed at 358 p.m. Wingstop email states that order should be ready between 28 and 33 minutes. Acknowledging that it is a Saturday evening during a dinner rush. I waited 45 minutes before showing up. Upon showing up, I’m informed that they don’t have my order. They have to look up my order confirmation from my email, print off a ticket and start my order. It was 5:30 before I left with my food. No apology not given the option to cancel. Instead, I was forced to sit at Wingstop for an hour. Avoid this location like the plague. There’s several places for wings in Midwest City. Save your time and money.

This place is a joke. I had stop going for a while. But decided to go today they screwed my whole order up. I ask for well done all flats and didn’t get that. My kids order also got messed up I was so tired from work I didn’t feel like going back. Tried to call no one answered. The whole place is just run down and terrible. Just go to Del City and get your wings. That is closet place and they are so better. I didn’t feel like driving which was why I decided to give Wingstop another chance now I’m wishing I would of just drove to Del City for my wings ‍♀️

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially on chain restaurants, but the customer service here is an abomination. The service is slow and they never fail to lose my order, and then take an additional 30 minutes to make the order i placed an hour ahead of time. Upon arrival, the cashier proceeded to take my phone to “verify” my order had been placed. The restrooms are always filthy, and the employees always have an attitude. Please do better

Ordered delivery. Full control meal. Supposed to be 12 classic, flavor mild and 8 boneless wings,, bbq and celery and carrots. Received 12 bbq, boneless and 4 mild, boneless, and 4 boneless, random flavor. Very disappointing. I don’t prefer the boneless. But, I had to eat them anyway and a waste of my time and money. Won’t be ordering delivery again from here
