We decided to utilize a coupon my son got in one of his games. Our intention was to use it to help buy dinner. It was for one free personal pan pizza. We had planned to order other things to go with it until we were informed by the, shall we say, not so intelligent worker that they refuse to honor coupons there. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I’m thinking Pizza Hut Cooperate might want to know that their stores are not honoring coupons, apparently put out by them. It not only cost two customers tonight, it caused our family permanently to take Pizza Hut off of our list to ever buy pizza from them again. It took several times before I could even understand what the person on the other end of the phone was saying. They might as well shut their doors. They never were my favorite pizza but they have sinked to the bottom level for this family. I don’t need any more coupons, I don’t need any more discounts from them. I don’t need anything from them. Note Pizza Hut owners, if all of y’all’s stores operate like this one you should just shut your doors and find a new line of work.

I placed an order online for pickup, pay at the store. I arrived to the store at the drive through window expecting my order to be ready as promised. girl #1 takes my payment, via debit card, processed it, I sign and she comes back to say it will be about 8 more mins. I said fine, no problem and continued to wait. Girl #2 then comes to the window to say that I need to pull around and go back to the end of the line because other cars are waiting. I politely told her that I’d rather not because I’ll have to then wait for all of the cars behind me, (4-5 cars) and politely asked for a refund. Girl #2 begins to get an attitude and says we haven’t even started making your order yet so it’s going to be 30 more minutes, I said well can I just have a refund, girl #2 yells and says “we can’t issue refunds, you need to move your car or I’m calling the police. So instead of giving me a refund or canceling the transaction so it can go back to my card, she slams the window and calls the police. This girl needs to be fired! Every business has a return policy, even Pizza Hut, not issue a store credit especially when it’s the store that made the error. This was totally uncalled for! Girl #1 should not have taken my payment if my order had not even been started yet, and simply updated me when I arrived instead of lying, and they also promised times that they could not fulfill, I get being busy, but just say that and I would have cancelled before paying, and there would be no need for any refund. But I’m the one that gets the police called. Like I told her, I know my rights and I’m not a criminal, and I have a right to a refund not a store credit! I will never come back to that store again, that was my first time stopping there and will definitely be my last! #FireHer #PizzaHut

Today on 8-24-23 at 7:30pm my friend place an order online 30 minutes prior to making it to the location to notice that her order wasn’t ready and got to window and the manager as she says she was had to pull over and said that her order wasn’t ready and ask for a refund and she refuses said she can do a store credit which we doesn’t live in the area only picking up where she was and the manager calls the police like she didn’t have rights to ask for a refund. This is a disgrace and need to address with her and professionalism

So this is how you all treat people who ever this young lady is at 7:30pm that call the police on a lady that only ask for a refund on her order that was suppose to ready at 7:17 pm after she place an order online and after swiping her card to only give a refund she don’t live in the area but having to be in the area at work this is not right it’s wrong on so many levels she need to be retrain and learn some professionalism skills

We order pizza on their website at 10:52pm our pizza was delivered at 3:30 am. Woke up next morning to cold pizza at our door. Also next day I reached out to store on Cartwright because elam store location was closed Mgr gave the district manager my number too call me never heard from the District Mgr. Called store on elam today Mgr automatically assumed that I must wanted something for free when really I just wanted to make her aware of the issue because I will get my funds back anyway with my bank. Horribly bad management and store location .They have horrible reviews on here as well. I Will never order from here no more not work the headache

This is worst Pizza Hut in the world. I ordered a melt meat lovers but had some of the toppings removed. When my order was delivered the melt had two pepperonis and three pieces of beef. I called to tell them what I received and Anthony acted so dumb like I was lying so I asked him if he wanted a picture. The dummy stated well idk how I will get the picture. Then tells me well he don’t know what I’m going to do because store policy is the have to have the product. I definitely will be calling corporate. Inflation is way too high for sorry companies such as this one to play with peoples food and money. Please shut this location down ASAP!!!!!!! I hate yall

Pizza came out perfect and I was eating my slice when my wife mentioned there were no jalapenos on one side. I called the store about it and they were very respectful and professional about the error and started making my replacement while I drove back with the original.
