I just ordered takeout for vegetables with white rice. I had to tell the person on the phone 3 times my order. I got home and they gave me chicken with fried rice and vegetables. I called the store and talked to George and she told me to come back tomorrow and to bring the wrong food. I told her that I already ate the vegetables and she told me that she cannot help me since I already ate the vegetables. She told me that I should have called her before I ate them because she talked to her boss, Chad, and he said I could not get my meal replaced unless I brought back the vegetables.

Terrible customer service. Very bad at taking orders. I placed an order and had it delivered, when I received it I was missing an item I called them and told them and they said NO I didn’t order it. They charged me for it and claimed in there recording that I didn’t order it. I keep giving them chances and they keep screwing up. NOPE! dont order from here better order elsewhere. I give this place a thumbs down! PS they have a nasty attitude in person and on the phone.

Bad service, Lady on phone never gets the order right. very stinggy on duck sauce, and the chicken is very dry. I won’t be ordering from here again. And they seem to be raising the price on meals!

Sorry, but maybe the worst Chinese meal I’ve had in my life. The food was bland and tasteless, chicken was half frozen on the inside, and the lo mein was a in a sloppy pool of greasy sauce. I also ordered the Szechuan chili oil dumplings, they almost made me gag. It came with no sauce on top (maybe they forgot to add the sauce) but the inside was a so repulsive. Never again.
