Ordered 10 pizza’s and 10 20oz Pepsi’s for 12 employees and received the pizza and it was great. The problem was the driver and the store sending two 2 liter Pepsi’s instead of the 10 20oz Pepsi’s. If they did not have 10 Pepsi’s they should have canceled them and sent nothing instead of sending two liters. One the cost difference was $16 that I did not get back and second we did not have cups and that is the reason for ordering 20oz’s instead. The driver said not he’s problem he’s just a deliver driver and took of. Even leaving the pizza warming bag on the floor with the two 2 liters.

Poor customer service. I live 9 min away from this location and they cannot deliver to me because my address isn’t in their system. Had the same problem about 1 week ago and some how they were able to deliver to me before but now they refuse to deliver to me. Very frustrating. Im never ordering pizza from here again. This location needs to be closed down for good. Just horrible.

I placed an order at 8:25 by 9:30 I’m checking the tracker and it says it’s still being prepared. Ok. But by 10:00 I’m calling to see what’s going on. The young man tells me that they don’t have any drivers and that he will call me back later to let me know IF they can deliver my food. I’m sorry what?? About 30 minutes later my food arrives cold and hard. Why are you accepting delivery orders if you don’t have drivers?!
