Ordered a build your own nachos didnt get protein or anything else just chips queso, sour cream and jalapeño asked for extra queso (since I’m paying 10 dollars for nachos with queso no meat etc) an the guy comes to the window and tells me I have pay for extra queso. This is my meal that was 13 dollars total with tip. Mind you this is the second time my food has looked like this but the first time I asked for extra queso. I feel like he didnt give me any queso because I asked for extra. Never eating here again.

I’m new to Bubbakoos & so far so good. Well, my 1st order I ordered shrimp & chicken in my Fit Body Burrito bowl & I felt I didn’t have enough shrimp. I called, voiced my opinion (calmly). They offered a full refund, but that was unnecessary, I just requested a refund for the “extra”. No need to take advantage of the situation. I’ve been hooked ever since. I believe I’ve order 6 burritos, 4 tacos & 2 bowls since 2/6/26. Queso Burrito & Boom Chica Boom Burrito are good. I usually order from the Colerain location, but 3/3 I ordered 4 tacos (2 hard-2soft) on Taco Tuesday & Boom buritto from the Blue Ash location. I hate to say it, but it was awful. The employees were nice, my Boom Chica Boom burrito was good. They were kinda stingy w/ the taco meat & toppings. The meat was dry. I highly recommend Bubbakoos in Colerain. To be fair, I didn’t call & complain about the food b/c I really didn’t get the vibe anything would be done about it & I have no desire to return to that location. Bubbakoos- Colerain– YUM!!
FYI I don’t know if I said the Burrito name right…it was chicken w/ Boom Boom sauce. Also, I have never ever had pineapple salsa until now. I was skeptical. It was delicious! I hate that I didn’t take any pics. The burritos are a healthy portion. I do wish the bowls were a bit bigger, but they are delicious! I like that you can earn points to get free stuff or $$ off your order. I wish I would’ve have take so long to order from Bubbakoos!

I work close to this location in Colerain so I had visited once prior and had felt a little sick after my experience so I hadn’t returned for at least a year or so. A couple of co workers talked me into giving it another shot today and sadly we are all regretting this decision. From stomach pain to nausea and some other unsavory issues..The staff is always so welcoming and the atmosphere is nice, however, something is “amiss”. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location and it saddens me because there is a great selection of food to try! I don’t want to bash anyone, simply wanted to share and bring awareness. Stay safe friends.

I will start off saying I was coming here with low expectations. This was one of those “Its in the area” kind of deals and it looks like the run of the mill Chipotle.
But I will instantly dash anyone’s concerns and say the food was AMAZING.
The staff helped us figure out what would be a good first time order as they do have a lot of options for a small place. Not only did they help break down the tastes we were looking for.
The Quessidilla we ordered came out not only packing flavor, but they took their time making sure the neat was moist and sauced.
No skimping on protein, no light sauce. Just all flavor worth the prices.

This place is awesome. Never had an order get messed up and portion sizes are generous. Food itself is always great and pricing is fair. Never gone inside but it looks similar in atmosphere to Chipolte. Staff at the pick up window are always quick and friendly. Fully recommend it.

Usually just place a mobile order and pick up at the drive-up pickup window. Food is great, always ready before the promised time, and staff is friendly. My only feedback is the fajita veggies would be better grilled, but otherwise a fantastic burrito bowl and I’ll keep coming back!

My boyfriend heard of this place through a co worker so we decided to stop at the Colerain Ave location on our way home last week. Service was great, staff was helpful, and food was amazing!! Tonight is the third time we have gotten carry out from there since our 1st time visiting last Thursday. Tastes even better the next day after sitting in the fridge all night. Will Continue visiting and will definitely recommend!!

The food tastes great. The service is medium paced. It’s very crowded. The price is affordable. There is a kids menu. I would recommend this restaurant. We ordered a kids quesadilla, a kid’s chicken tender, shrimp taco salad, chips and queso and a drink.
