Ordered today. Very disappointed. 1st they still haven’t got their payment problem with cards straight. They still aren’t taking cards they’ve taken for 2 yrs. Cash is fine today so then she tells me 30 minutes. 45 minutes later,I get a text saying it be here in 30ish minutes and when it got here it was cold. So until they get straight I’m going elsewhere. They don’t even deserve 1 star today

First and last time coming to this pizza hut. Worst pizza ever. My dog wouldn’t even eat any. What is wrong with this city and their restaurants. There is only a handful of places that I will eat at. So we gave this Pizza Hut the benefit of the doubt there was no one in the parking lot the place looked closed down honestly but my mother wanted Pizza Hut so I pull in to see if they were open they were and so my mother and I get out and I have my baby with me as well get him out and then we go inside don’t get any look or a hello or please have a seat any where, until we literally go up to her then have tells us to sit anywhere and she’ll get us whenever and We’re like okay so we do then we are waiting and she knows I have a baby and doesn’t offer me a high chair or booster seat.. my mother grabs one and then we are still waiting, been waiting for 20 mins still nothing and so my mother goes and ask are we going to get any service and she doesn’t give us any knowledge or courtesy and so we wait another 10 mins and nothing so we got up and left.. I know we could’ve got better courtesy about things but not giving us any attention. Now she was working on this day 6/17/23 and she was working from 4-5 pm wasn’t able to get her name she would come close to us, had headphones in as well to not hear us or give us any attention so please tell your staff to be better on their courtesy for costumers …

the service and attitude of the employees is severely lacking. we went to dine in a few weeks ago and I had to go behind thier counter to get our own plates ,forks, napkins and such so we could eat. the employees saw us but didn’t acknowledge us. I could have. probably helped myself to the cash register and no one would have cared. it was thar bad. it’s also dirty.

I did not waiting a long time for my order to be delivered, however, when it arrived it was sloppy. My pizza was delivered with the cheese only covering one side. The wings were also delivered with the container open and the sauce everywhere.

What a disappointing experience. Pizza said it would be delivered by 5:40pm, the tracker said it left the store at 5:30pm, and we didn’t actually recieve it until 6:30pm. The pizza we recieved was cold. The oil from the pizza seeped into the box. The cherry on top? Our order was all wrong. We ordered 2 of the new, New York pizzas and added bacon to one of them and fries. What we received was 1 regular pepperoni pizza and then 1 new York pizza. Neither had bacon. The fries were old and cold. Overall just a bad experience.
