I ordered supreme pizza minus the mushrooms, DoorDash delivered she was very professional and kind, my pizza had more mushrooms pieces than sausage, I happened to be allergic to mushrooms which is why I made the request not to have. I called the store not so much to complain but to make them aware of the error, when people ask for a specific order it should be honored/ Robert took my order and the receipt definitely has no mushrooms/ which means the cook just disregarded the instructions of the order. They were very nice and offered a credit/ I declined But definitely appreciate the professionalism and kindness. And i understand that mistakes happen. Sheila

The employees at this location are very kind and helpful. I ordered online at the wrong location then reordered at this location. The door dash driver never showed to pick up my order therefore I had to go and pick up my own order. However a gentleman that I didnt get his name called to let me know the status of why my order was taking so long to be delivered. He was upfront honest and informative. Once arriving at this Pizza Hut location the GM, Duece was very helpful in correcting a wrong that was not on Pizza Hut at all. He made me a fresh pizza and offered a discount. Both gentlemen were very nice helpful and pleasant. May yalls kindness bring you so many blessings. Thank yall both and I appreciate all of yalls help.

I ordered the box meal plus an extra pizza, for my employees for working Christmas eve. Buying frozen pizza would had been a better option. The pizza bread sticks and cinnamon sticks where so nasty and had no taste. Very sad to see how down hill pizza hut is now. The call center to place a order was awful and no help

Went there to pick up pizza already paid for and the manager had the restaurant doors locked when it was supposed to be open. It was on NW Cache Rd next to chick fila. I knocked and tried to come in, she was just in the back making pizza without the uniform on, just regular street clothes, like she didn’t care. They should hire better people and someone who actually cares. Maybe they would have more employees there and be in better shape.

The dining room is almost always empty when I go because their business is mostly take out or delivery. It’s a good quiet place to eat at without a bunch of other diners and the food is quick and fresh and as ordered.

Robert! The store manager, doesn’t have a professional bone in his body! I attempted to bring an issue to his attention, about my order being wrong. Rather than address the real issue! He proceeded to scream, and over talk me. Disregarding the fact, that the pizza was made wrong. And the employee only tried to remove the item (that I have a severe allergy to), rather than remake the pizza at first. And only the pizza was only remade, when told that onions were still on the pizza.
It appears, that he doesn’t care for his job! And it shows by how he talks to paying customers.

Called in a pizza without onions! Once I arrived to pick up, the order…onions were on the pizza! I was told that they would remake the pizza without the onions…that I have an allergy to. They attempted to cover up the onions by placing more mushrooms. Totally disregarded, that I had a very specific request for not having onions

Gentleman was quite rude when taking my order. I only order 2 pizzas and preceeded to ask for a side of ranch he huffed and puffed. Was very short with me. After waiting quite some time when I picked up order. I got home and pizzas weren’t what I ordered. Called he said he’d remake it at that time he told me he was out of the toppings I ordered instead of telling me that when I called . Waited in lobby without anyone even speaking to me for 15 minutes. The workers hygiene was terrible. Just over all bad experience. Won’t go back
