I’m so glad I didn’t read the reviews before deciding to order from here! My experience was perfect I went in on my break and ordered Italian cheesebread with pepperoni. He was very nice when taking my order and said it would be about ten minutes. I think it was only like 6 or 7 minutes. My food was so dang good, hot and cheesy! What a delicious menu item! The employees were very busy taking care of everyone and they had non stop customers.

Just waited in line for 30 minutes for three cold pizzas through the drive thru. When at first she didn’t have our order. Had to ask for our drink and dips and there were 10 cars behind us. LOL Hot and ready my butt. I’ll order take out at Cicis from now on. Also pizza was burnt….

I can’t rate on service because I never received it. I see a good sign, 99% on your health inspection. I see one person handling drive through. I stand and wait patiently as I’m not even acknowledged. The older guy answers his personal phone and starts a conversation as if I’m not there. I was hesitant to even comment but then I saw the other comments below and knew this is nothing new and management would have to be ok with this.
Whether understaffed, can’t find good staff or other reasons. This location is good and the store could be better.

Just had the best pizza dinner we as a family have had in a long time. Ms. Crystal took my order, it was a custom one, and was so polite. Came in and Ms. Elizabeth expedited my order with graciousness. Pizzas were amazing (custom, hawaiin, and cheese with crazy bread) and did not wait as long as I would like somewhere else. Great staff and awesome food. Thank you all for a happy family dinner.
