The waitress was very kind and responsive. They appeared yo be understaffed so good for her for being so personable.
The broth is flavorful. Could use a double bump in the umami department. The thin noodle were just right, tender yet firm to the bite.
The dining area is open and spacious, with bright color scheme and mood lights. Bring a date in yukata and let the sake flow!
If this level of spicy is too much for you, have the hot oil on the side and spoon feed it in. Also have a jar of sour cream handy to stop the burn, the pain.
