Swiss Butter is a casual steakhouse that serves 3 mains: Beef filet or Ribeye, Chicken breast & Salmon filet smothered in our secret Swiss Butter sauce. All 3 mains are served with a mesclun salad, a freshly baked baguette, chili flakes and your choice of fries or a baked potato. We also serve a molten chocolate fondant and a pain perdu for dessert. We serve a selection of wines but highly recommend our house wine which is young yet superbly balanced.

Love the classic concept at Swiss Butter a set menu done right.
You get a fresh green salad, your choice of protein in their signature creamy herb sauce, golden fries, dried herbs, and warm baked bread.
My go-to is the steak always perfectly cooked. I usually ask for the sauce on the side to cut down on calories, but it’s honestly so good you’ll want to dip everything in it.
The place has cozy vibes, making it great for a relaxed yet refined dinner.

I visited Swiss Butter Beirut (Verdun) yesterday and ordered the Australian beef. It was amazing and truly surprising in terms of quality and taste.
The service was fairly good overall. The waiter was helpful and gave me a good recommendation, which I appreciated. However, I do wish the staff were more present at the table. At times, I didn’t really feel seen, and it would improve the experience if waiters checked in more often.
That said, the food quality was excellent, and with a bit more attention to service, the experience could be even better.

From the way he took our order to the way he took care of us throughout, he showed true knowledge of what hospitality means. The food was also delicious, which made the experience even better. First time trying Swiss Butter and I’m 100% coming back! Such a delicious meal with amazing affordable prices! Definitely recommend the steak and fries!
EDIT: I went back today, and our bill came to $56. We paid with a hundred dollar bill. When the change was returned, we noticed that there was $2 missing. We brought it up to the attention of the waiter and he then returned the correct amount after explaining that there was a misunderstanding with another waiter. We just wanted to bring this to the attention of the manager as such mistakes shouldn’t happen in the first place.

Swiss butter is really good and it has always been. It was the first time for me to try verdun branch and I really like it.
What made me like it are the below:
1- The decoration of the restaurant is nice.
2- The food was delicious and the taste was perfect.
3- The employees are nice and helpful.
4- The prices are fair compared to the food quality and the good taste.
5- The outdoor seating is docorates with plants which gives it a nice environment.
Swiss butter has branches in Dubai with the same quality as Lebanon.
I recommend this restaurant if you want to have a good meal with your friends, going out on a date, or even by yourself.
