One and done. My wife went in today to pick up 3 pizzas, and requested pepper flake and parmesan packets (pretty much what you get from any pizza place). She was rudely told, “These cost $1.” I am now regretting that I tipped them for a pickup order, and will definitely not be going back.

Ordered carry out with contactless curbside pickup. Called when we arrived and let them know we were there and they said “okay” so I asked how that works and was told to “come in but it’s probably not even ready”. I asked how much longer it might be and was told “I don’t know”. It doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing yet, hopefully they undergo customer service training and turn it around

Picked up a carryout order and found that my BBQ pizza only had 7 Peace’s of BBQ beef on the entire large pizza, the marina sauce was not good and very watery, the big box was missing my wings I had ordered and instead they gave me an extra order of bread sticks. The pizza was had very little flavor and was slightly doughy. I would not recommend ordering from this location at least around 5:20p which was when I picked up my order

The $5.00 Buffet (plus drink) was average for Pizza Hut. However, they seemed understaffed. The lobby was mostly clean, but needed more attention for a better rating, and I went most of my meal with an empty glass, even including when I had to go up and ask for a refill myself.

Avoid this place. I wouldn’t even give it one star. The door handle in the ladies’ bathroom was broken and there was no soap. The tables were sticky, as were the salt and pepper shakers. The “all you can eat” salad bar wasn’t restocked and most items were completely out for the duration of our time there. We had to get our own silverware, refills, and plates. Our pan pizza took over an hour to arrive (we came at 1:45pm, so the restaurant wasn’t busy) and it was dough in the middle, so we sent it back. When he brought it back to the table the waiter said “the chicken comes to us already cooked, so you don’t have to worry about getting sick.” Oh. But guess what? Still dough. We left hungry, disappointed, and craving a shower.
