I legitimately don’t understand how incompetent a person really can be to make such mistake, I ordered the Baconator sandwich that was supposed to come with Sausage Egg, and cheese plus the Bacon, what did I get? This renovated Wendy’s always has fresh food. Idk if it’s because there aren’t many customers whenever we come out what but their fries are always hot and crispy. The always give straws (if you know you know) without having to ask. The sodas could be stronger, maybe syrup ratio a little too low but no other major things.

Whoever the morning manager is, is rude and condescending. She kept rushing us to finish our order, asked her why she was speeding because there was no car behind us. Told us she was feeling threatened because, as she says to my black boyfriend “look at how you look”. I’m so disappointed, the night staff is always so friendly. That is no manager she was rude and insulting.

Ordered through the Wendy’s app. Delivery driver only delivers the drinks. I called DoorDash to get order re-delivered and the manager wouldn’t send us our order again. We would of had to re-order and spend more money before I could even get a refund. So we tried to order through DoorDash. We ordered a 6 piece nugget meal, only gave us a 4 piece nugget, forgot a drink and provided no sauces. I will never be ordering online with them again.

The staff is very nice. From the drive through, I ordered the largest size fries which was about $4.00. The first window was open and all lit up. After waiting there for several minutes, the person at the second window waved me down.
