Except for one visit, I’ve generally had a really good experience at this Wendy’s. The dining room is consistently clean and inviting, and more often than not, the drive-through moves along quickly, making it a reliable option when you’re in a hurry. It’s a solid, dependable choice in the area.

Will never be coming back here, food was mid & had to wait a long time. Workers were nice but not worth it. I saw flies in the kitchen. My friend paid $6 for a moldy burger. Burger King is better. DO NOT COME HERE!

Wendy’s, more than just about any other fast food place, is just so wildly inconsistent from location to location. As much as I hate it, because everyone who works here is just lovely, their food is bad. The QC just isn’t there. Nuggets are always stale and rubbery. Beef is always overcooked and bland, and often tastes like a dirty flat grill. It’s a real shame, because as I said, the people are just so nice. Gotta put out good food, though, especially for what they charge now. They also always just give me whatever stale nuggets they have lying around, so I often get ultra-rubbery, stale normal nuggets when I ordered spicy. Fries are often stale and unsalted. I suspect the issue is that the location is just terrible and they do not have enough traffic. That is a huge problem with Wendy’s in general, though. They will allow franchisees to just open them up in the most horrible locations. You literally have to go out of your way to get to it. I am afraid I have given these guys enough chances. I just won’t be back. I honestly can’t believe they have managed to stay open as long as they have.

The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly. I was greeted and served by Tahmina, who diligently took my order and had it served faster than any location I’ve eaten at before. On top of that, all food was fresh!

Customer service could be better. Does Wendy’s train their employees anymore on how to interact with customers? Is a “hello” or “how are you” too much to ask for? Guy in the drive-through seemed disinterested or high.

The fries are good, I went there today for national fry day to get free fries. I also tryed their pomegranate blueberry lemonade which was awesome!! Its right across from Pet Supplies Plus.

Hands down Wendy’s is my favorite fast food burger joint! The burgers are super fresh as are the fixings, I prefer to get the deluxe burger and substitute a lettuce wrap for a bun, and they fix it up nice and fresh.

The service of Wendy’s in this location is excellent. I’m vegetarian. I love the egg and cheese sandwiches from Wendy’s and they’ve got good coffee. I’ve been to other Wendy’s location and the cream and sugars were only placed inside the bag. In this location you just tell them the number of cream and sugars and it’s already mixed and prepared when you received it. It really helps a lot when you’re in a rush. I love the breakfast potatoes too. Thank you.
