I’m here visiting from TX and ordered two pizzas, I waited over an hour for my pizza even though they said it would only take 15 mins. We got the pizzas home only to find that they were doughy. I called back and spoke with a crew worker who before saying anything else demanded I bring the pizzas back. Although we don’t have a problem bringing the pizzas back it was the lack of apology due to you alls error because of this I asked for a manager and spoke to BENNY. He proceeded to argue with me when I advised of my complaint, he told me this isn’t little Cesar’s the pizza isn’t hot and ready, he told me he didn’t have to do anything and he will not offer any apologies for anything we can either come get the new pizza or not. It’s a huge inconvenience to have to travel back to the store because of an error and then have to deal with poor quality customer service. I will be reporting this store to the better business bureau immediately.

Food was hot and fresh. The young lady that gave me my order couldn’t give a care if it reached my hand or not. She opened the drive thru window stuck the box out, I grabbed it, thankfully due to her not even looking my way, after waiting 5+ minutes to be noticed I was at the pick up window for an online order.

Very nice and clean restaurant. The floors seemed a little slick everywhere but appeared clean. The restrooms were clean. My family and I had the buffet and some Burnin Hot Buffalo Wings and a salad. All of the food was excellent. Our waitress (Doris) was excellent, one of the best waitresses we have seen in a long time.

Ordered online (Pizza Hut app)thin crust pepperoni pizza and Breadstick. Despite the building being all lite up the doors were locked so had to use drive through. 4th car from window took about 20 minutes, then the girl at the window had a mask on and was mumbling and couldn’t understand her and she was moving at the speen of a turtle with a broke leg. Pay for food pull off with extremely thin crust, looked like cheese and pepperoni with a rim. Thought well that sucks until I checked the bread sticks and they were about half the thickness as normal and crunchy as a bag of chip and grease all over them. The breadstick literally cracked when bent and cut my gums.

Food was good but not the best pizza (from Pizza Hut) we’ve had; pizza sauce seemed to have an after taste. The restaurant floor was slippery. Waitress was attentive and took our order quickly and food was prepared to our request.

Ok, so I got the meat lover melt and it was great. I always get good pizzas from this location. However, the reason for the three star rating is I went inside to pick up the melts and they must have mopped the floor with a bottle of juice. My feet were sticking to the floor and I was this thing about how that feels and sounds so I docked one star ⭐️. The second ⭐️ was docked because I also purchased bread sticks and cinnamon sticks neither of which were cut so I had to cut them when I got home. Just don’t appreciate having to do things that should have been done at the restaurant.
