Incompetence at it’s worst. Over priced. Used a code for a 2nd pizza. Never got the 2nd pizza. Cost me over $50 for a medium pizza and 2 SMALL orders of wings. They better enjoy that 50 bucks because they will NEVER see so much as 50cents from me again.

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to eat. Me and my group were highly disappointed and frustrated with the customer service at this location. We placed a online order that we usually do at any Pizza Hut locations without any problems. I did the same and placed a order for over $200. The order went through and a minute later I get a phone call stating that they didn’t have the materials to make the pizza. The Pizza Hut employee stated that the order would be canceled. I asked a question if I will receive a email or notification that the order will be canceled. The employee stated I would need to take this up with my bank. Which didn’t make sense and I asked if I can just get a receipt. The employee hung the phone up in my face. I called it again and spoke to Anthony and I stated what happened and I was just trying to get a receipt. I said hey I’ll just come to the store to get my refund and receipt. He insisted I don’t have to come and he would text me the receipt. He put me on hold for five minutes and then hung up again. I went to the store and I was greeted by Anthony. I looked around and they were making a lot of pizzas inside the location. I asked can I please have the receipt and why you keep hanging up the phone. His response I don’t know. I finally got the receipt and I asked him his name prior to me asking I didn’t know the employee name. He asked me why do I need his name repeatedly and I informed him I just want to put down who I talked to just in case there is a issue. I asked him for a pen and he said he doesn’t have one and when I pointed one out. He grabbed the pen and threw down in my direction and mumbled profanity as he walked off. I was really disappointed and disgusted by his behavior and the entire staff. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. We left to avoid any confrontation or any further issues. I would avoid eating at this location.

We usually order from this location a lot, however today the Pepperoni pizza we ordered taste rancid and i only was only able to eat half of a slice. Not sure whats going on but this was not the usual Pepperoni pizza taste. I gave it 1 star to write the review, but would have gave it 0 stars if I could have. .

Well we placed a order over $100 very frustrated with this Pizza Hut. Only 1 thing was right with the order and it was the cheesy bread. We kept the stuffed crust pizza just because the kids was hungry but it was missing the pepperoni. The order was missing the apple pies and boneless and bone in wings and the thin crust pizza was like it was slushed around in the box . Very disappointed !! I would have gave zero stars if I could have, worst order delivery we ever had. Currently waiting on them to make it right so the rest of the guests at my home can eat .

First time ordering from this location. Everything went as plan but I’ll give a better review when it’s my 3rd order. The pizza was hot and fresh and it was correct. Just stood around for a minute for someone to help us but the looked busy. Moved from a different location bc they never got anything correct.
