Nice staff, especially Hispanic woman in black polo up front. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms and the pizzas were very good! This Pizza Hut was way better than other Pizza Hut restaurants. We were passing through on the way back to Kansas City and this may be best Pizza Hut experience ever! The thin and crispy was actually crispy and the pan was not too greasy. My son’s friend said “this is actually good”!

First and four most I want to say over the last few years pizza hut lost my business between rude employees mess ups with no fixes and food sucked but I can say that Aileen Cruz is one of the best mangers I seen in about 7 yrs and Michael the driver also went far and beyond not only do they make customers happy but they go that extra mile and I really do believe aileen Cruz should get more then a pat ont the back she deserves more pizza hut

This last experience was the worst one by far for any Pizza Hut I have eaten from. The assistant manager did not satisfy the customer (me). My order was wrong. I ordered at 5:50 and didn’t get the final order until 7:45. I went back 3 different times. However, the manager, Kat Auwater did call me and apologize the next day. Thanks Kat for caring about the customer. I will go back. That’s why I gave it a 2 star rating.

This is the best Pizza Hut!!! Kathy is an amazing manager who runs a restaurant the way it should be! It’s always super clean, the food is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Always gotta stop for lunch buffet when we go through Hugoton.

The food was not ready when I got there and then they left me waiting at the window for 15 minutes and when they brought the food it was cold. I also ordered on at app and used the one topping pizza $8.99 deal and was charged $13.99 for a plain cheese pizza.

I believe its alot of young people will to work at this location but training in customer service was nt a priority here. 12 wings and a salad are over $25 but still not good service makes customers question the next visit.

The server (middle aged caucasian woman) we had was rude and only came to our table to bring us our drinks! She over charged us and got mad when we didn’t want to put our tip on our debit card as we left one on the table. We had 2 adult buffets, a 4yo and 2yo, 3 waters, and a pepsi. She charged us for 4 adult buffets and 4 sodas!! The pizza was fine, the salad bar was DISGUSTING! Had food mixed in other food, a FLY in the peaches and when I told another server about it all she said was OH! and walked off, we were there for another 15 min and NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER CHANGED IT OUT!! It wasn’t that busy only 3 other tables besides us!!
