This pizza hut I usually do take out. I’ve never had a problem. Today, we decided to dine in. The tables we filthy the paper towel holders were nasty, and the booster seat they gave us was sticky and dirty. The service was awful they forgot our cheesesticks and our wings. We ordered the big box. I will never dine there agian. Luckily for them, we still gave a tip.

Nice staff, especially Hispanic woman in black polo up front. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms and the pizzas were very good! This Pizza Hut was way better than other Pizza Hut restaurants. We were passing through on the way back to Kansas City and this may be best Pizza Hut experience ever! The thin and crispy was actually crispy and the pan was not too greasy. My son’s friend said “this is actually good”!

This last experience was the worst one by far for any Pizza Hut I have eaten from. The assistant manager did not satisfy the customer (me). My order was wrong. I ordered at 5:50 and didn’t get the final order until 7:45. I went back 3 different times. However, the manager, Kat Auwater did call me and apologize the next day. Thanks Kat for caring about the customer. I will go back. That’s why I gave it a 2 star rating.

This is the best Pizza Hut!!! Kathy is an amazing manager who runs a restaurant the way it should be! It’s always super clean, the food is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Always gotta stop for lunch buffet when we go through Hugoton.

Stopped for the night in Hugoton, KS. Thought we’d try pizza hut. We were very happy on how great the pizza and the cheese sticks were! Whoever runs this restaurant is amazing!

Never in my 27 years of being on this Blessed Earth have I experienced such unprofessionalism. The experience does not deserve the upgrade to a 1 star. Wait staff and bussers making loud, rude remarks to one another in front of customers. Orders were forgotten about, drinks were empty for 30 minutes of our 45 minute visit, waitress couldn’t remember who ordered what and food was very subpar.
Come time of check out with the manager, we could finally understand why the staff were so openly disrespectful. It’s almost impossible to act professional when a professional environment isn’t supplied from management.
Just walk across the parking lot and get McDonald’s.

We were not given hot sauce for our taco pizza, today. I would also be nice if when you order several pizzas, they would ask if we need plates and napkins, as a courtesy. Thanks for asking for my input.
