Absolutely horrible customer service!! I normally wouldn’t post a review but I can’t take it anymore it’s so disappointing because there is no where else in town that has my drink so I’m forced to go here and it’s hell everyday! I have to go inside at least once a week to get my drink fixed bc it’s made different or wrong and it only has 3 ingredients….if I go in to have them correct it I even offer to pay for another this time a young lady just remade it but as she is remaking it I’m standing at the counter a red hair gal comes up to her and says “I made it right the first time I made it personally I know it’s correct” I could hear her of course which is absolutely ridiculous so I asked if she wanted to smell it or taste it to confirm. I thought no way she’d actually do it but she smells it and says “yep it’s correct” it was mind blowing and incredibly uncomfortable the opposite of how you should feel just trying to get a coffee. I will get the red hair gals name next time to add it here) bc this is not a one time thing again it takes a lot for me to even post.

This place is a complete embarrassment. Customers standing in line being ignored for 10 minutes, staff doing absolutely nothing and when finally waited on there is absolutely no hustle. To top it all off they dont even have what you went there to get.
I have gotten breakfast wraps with the wrong ingredients all smashed together in the past and let it slide, but I will never return.
Management should be fired immediately.

Never go here, you’re better off driving to the Jamestown Tim Hortons. Everytime I go here the staff is rude. They serve you stale donuts. I ordered a large hot chocolate , when I proceeded to take off the lid it was missing 2 inches of drink in the cup. They just scammed me for a large. 0/10 horrible experience.

I had been getting hot hazelnut coffee. Then it didn’t taste like hazelnut anymore so I went in and said I think someone forgot to put hazelnut in and they said they were told to only put one pump in. I went to lakewood and they said they use 4 pumps. I wonder why the difference.

We stopped and got lunch and then grabbed some coffee to go. Tim Hortons coffee is always awesome. The Ham and Swiss sandwich is very good and thier chips are delicious.

I just left with an Iced pumpkin spice coffee, cream no sugar. It had no pumpkin flavor. If it did, it didn’t taste like it.. Tasted sour mixed with a tea taste. It was weird and a few sips upset my stomach. Not impressed. I would have went back for them to fix it but I was in a hurry.

Absolute terrible service at this location. I asked for a hot coffee and was given an iced one. After telling the cashier, she gave me such a hard time saying that I asked for a cold one and refused to give me a hot coffee at first. It took her 10 minutes to give me a sandwich I ordered which was not good as well. Never coming back to this location as the cashier was very unpleasant and rude for no reason.

I ALWAYS love coming here for coffee and a sausage egg and cheese bagel when I make my annual trip to Warren to visit family. I came in today and got my usual and was beyond disappointed. They changed everything. Not their eggs and sausage look like McDonald’s. I literally want to cry. What a shame! Step it up Tim Horton team! Yes, your busy, but QUALITY trumps QUANTITY!
