I ALWAYS love coming here for coffee and a sausage egg and cheese bagel when I make my annual trip to Warren to visit family. I came in today and got my usual and was beyond disappointed. They changed everything. Not their eggs and sausage look like McDonald’s. I literally want to cry. What a shame! Step it up Tim Horton team! Yes, your busy, but QUALITY trumps QUANTITY!

Went to place an order yesterday for my son 6 timbits that’s it! My app was saying error and didn’t give me an order number so I figured maybe I didn’t have enough funds on that card so I tried another card after it saying error 5 times I finally gave up and my bank messaged me that I was charged 5 times! So I go in to show the workers my bank was charged multiple times and I said I’d just like my 6 timbits for my son simple fix to being charged 15$ right? Nope instead EVERY worker I walked to was very unprofessional and rude they raised their voices at me and did not try to help at all just said contact the app were not associated with the app? They could have handled this situation so much calmer and professional but chose not to I was a frequent customer but now will be no longer returning.

Been here many dozens of times in the drive-thru over the last several years. Iced coffee has always been good. Donuts usually are fresh when I get them. Staff is usually friendly. Lately though over the last 6 or so months whenever I get a large iced coffee the lid does not fit the cup correctly and leaks all over the car. Today was the worst, I rounded a corner too fast and the drink was full with a “lid” on the cup and the coffee spilled out of the cup onto my leg while I was driving. Please find better fitting lids, other than that usually a 5-star experience.

The attitudes on some of the staff is barely palpable. They all seem to hate their jobs. On top of that, I have been left with no option but to order the simplest of drinks because the staff are so poorly trained, that a triple triple coffee should not be made wrong 9/10 times that I come through. I worked here for three years and I am upset that it’s lowered it quality so much.

Had Tim bits and a sprite for a snack with friends. They had a new drink and said it was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Only thing was some of the tables were not cleaned as they should have been. Extra employees in the back doing busy work to make them look busy but weren’t.
