The waitress get 5 stars. The manger get 1 star. When ask for a Box to put are left over in . She said only for take out, but she gave me little white box that hold 2-3piece . So I had 4-5 box. Manger suck

Good food, great service. My only complaint is that they won’t accept $50 or $100 bills. We use cash for most purchases (our preference) and often have larger bills. When a meal costs $40 or more, I expect a restaurant to accept my cash. I have skipped several opportunities to eat at Pizza Hut because of this. Otherwise, this Pizza Hut is one of the better ones.

Bought wings yesterday for three. Both adults, myself included, had nausea for the rest of the night. Our daughter woke up vomiting, then today on her birthday she has thrown up again. We won’t be coming back. Last time we tried to order wings on a Wednesday, when they have their deals, they lied about being sold out too. Would rather go to Taco Bell, which is an insult, but considering both franchises are owned by the same company I’m not surprised at the lack of quality, lack of business, or lack of good help

The buffet is nice to have and not too common around here. Staff is very friendly and helpful while the manager goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Best Hut around.

Don’t even know where to start. The manager and cashier Terry and Ashley were AWESOME. I had a super inconvenient request with my order AFTER it was made, and they fixed it with a smile on their face making sure it was right every step of the way. Very pleasant experience, I might even spend my money on Pizza Hut instead of McDonald’s next time just for the great service!

We have always had pretty poor service here, but tonight was exceptionally bad. I hope someone from management sees this one! We arrived and were the only other table dining in. Our waitress took more than 15 minutes to come to the table. She came back a few times but only to interrupt our conversations and complain about the other table. She told us all about how bad they were and how messy the kids were. Then she never came back after we received our food. She didn’t refill our drinks. She didn’t bring us the check. She didn’t get us boxes to go. We sat there for another 15-20 minutes, seeing if she would come back but failed to. I eventually got tired of it and went up to the counter to get the check, box, and paid up there as well. She is probably wondering why we didn’t tip, but it’s because I don’t believe she did the bare minimum of what a waitress should do. I understand the food quality is out of her control. I understand when it’s very busy and they are short staffed. However the food was great and there was only one other table. Drinks going empty, she wasn’t anywhere to be found, and I had to get up to get things myself because she wouldn’t even look over when I waived at her. We aren’t stingy and typically tip more than 20% if my drink is always full. We won’t be coming back. I’d rather drive to Clinton for pizza than come back here. The service isn’t great there but at least it’s not this bad.

Place is cozy and welcoming unfortunately we walked in sign said please wait to be seated we waited and waited until I asked the manager that was going to walk past me if we could just seat ourselves due to the fact that the waitress was busy giving her number to some guy apparently that’s more important I didn’t know pizza hut was a dating site

Pizza hut is one of our favorite places but the unfortunately the service was not very good, salad bar looked nasty, and waitress was rude. Maybe better next time.
