I ordered my pizza online at 9 pm and requested it be delivered at 10 because that was an option on the website. Pizza never came. I called the store at 10:30 to get an update. The recording said sorry this store is closed but if you’re waiting on an order, crew members are there working on it. At 10:50 pm I drove to the store and no one in sight. I called customer service and they refunded me.

Hate to bash publicly but no email link or way to dm the store. We had switched to Dominoes and our local Carbones but after seeing commercials, I thought we would try your pasta and new Oven baked melt. Yikes with $5 delivery and $5 tip. $28.40 spendy. Super spendy when the melt was burnt and hard as a rock; couldn’t bite–afraid I would break a tooth. Went to the pasta, way over cooked, dry, barely any sauce, zero flavor or cheese. I really don’t take the time to complain; I just don’t return and pass the word but this nearly $30 meal was atrocious. Shame on your Woodlyn store. Too bad they didn’t send a receipt or I could give you more information. One plus ➕️ your young man delivering was polite, cheerful and professional.

Horrible service I have two pizza orders that were merchant requests, which means that you guys had to physically put it into the app to be sent to me but y’all did not start on the order until I arrived. Time is money and you don’t respect my time; next time you want to send an order that the Customer placed directly with you through a third-party app then make sure it’s ready and don’t just send it to the third party app and begin making it when we arrive.

Ordered a “deal” for a large one topping and one specialty pan pizza. Got charged and didn’t get the first pizza. The pan pizza isn’t buttered and looked emaciated, the worker said “yeah, that’s what they look like with toppings” very doughy and cheese wasn’t fully melted

Oh my gosh! My worst pizza experience ever was at Pizza Hut in Maplewood. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza this morning and it was so hard and burnt! Apparently, it was a leftover pizza from the previous day that was kept in ther warmer. It tasted horrible, I had to throw away the entire pizza. My money was wasted!
