There was only one guy in there doing everything and we walked in and waited patiently. He was running around doing everything and seemed really thankful we weren’t mad about the wait. Once he was done with our food he gave it to us completely free. Definitely seems like they were just understaffed but that guy worked way harder than he should’ve had to. I hope he gets paid a lot lmao

Ordered the big new Yorker with extra cheese. They only sparsely put regular pepperoni on it, none of the cupped pepperoni as pictured, and no extra cheese like ordered! I normally don’t order from the high crossing location in fact haven’t in years do to the fact they they always skimp on things like extra cheese when ordered, always screw up the order whether it be the wrong sides or toppings, most of the time if delivery it ends up way late, like over an hr late and almost dry like it’s been sitting out for way too long! Only ordered here this location due to time constraints so I picked up in person and the manager stated the topping issue was because it’s a franchise and the corporate side does things differently! As a former franchise owner in other business, I know he was lying. While you are allowed to take some of your own liberty in things like location design or additional options for the menu. Core product is required to stay the same to coincide with company values and expectations, which this owner and or location do not. That frankly is why it ended up having to move to a smaller location up the road from its original larger sit down location, because they’ve gone down hill in quality so much for the last 10 or so yrs. I would recommend any other locations in the area over this one every time!

Ordered ONE personal pan pizza for my kid. Estimated wait time was 40 minutes. Got there in 50 minutes and still wasn’t ready. Was told another 5-10 minutes so I just left. Horrible. What are they doing? Making the dough from scratch? Smfh

We ordered our food online because no one answered the phone, the entire line that connects you to a staff member was disconnected. About 20 minutes after we placed our order we got a text saying our food was out for delivery. An hour after that text we got a call from the driver saying he was on his way with our order. By the time the food arrived it was basically cold, it didn’t taste very good and the chicken was lukewarm. There was also no marinara sauce in the box (we ordered stuffed crust which usually comes with marinara). Normally I’d be a patient individual but I had three very hangry children to deal with. Service isn’t usually poor at this location, we’ve ordered from there many times in the past with little to no issue. This time around was disappointing. I understand places are short staffed but I paid good money and tipped well and I do expect my food comes warm especially with a 90 minute wait.

Today was the second time we dined at this location, and we were just as pleased as the first time we went. Food was fast, hot and just as we ordered it. And Shae is top notch when it comes to customer service! We’re not from the area, but will definitely go back when we know he’s working, and we’re in the area.

Terrible experience, they shorted me on the wings and sliced the pizza so badly one slice was bigger than my hand. The manager wasn’t helpful at all, pretty much blamed me for not calling sooner and the best they could do was a trashy discount on my next purchase. No thanks. Don’t go here if you don’t like super doughy food and don’t get your money’s worth. Trash.
