2.5 stars right in the middle, crusts on the 2 pizzas were questionable. Pan pizza was flat and didn’t look like it was a pan pizza, maybe they are cutting down on the crust size resulting in something that almost looks like a Pan pizza crust. the New Yorker crust was flat, and the topping needed to be better cooked. I’m guess they might have had an off night, typically our pizzas are great.

My large stuff crust pizza was not cooked thoroughly. My 12 piece mild wings was short one wing. I was not given a receipt upon delivery. Some how this order cost more than $64. Ripped Off? Yes I believe so. Then I called back around 9 pm. Store was closed, apparently. Called again Monday around 1:30 pm… same exact order now only $58. And when I started to tell the lady about my service she told me the store was closed at 8pm Sunday. What the??

My pizza wasn’t done. The lady with no teeth who eventually gave me a refund, told me she worked there for 7 years and knows how to make pizza. No apology for my pizza not being done, or the inconvenience. I use to really love the Franklin Pizza Hut because my pizza was always great, but they seem to have new people who need a class in Customer Service AND how to make a pizza.

This place used to be decent but ever since they got rid of the quepapas, this place has gone downhill. Not sure if that stems from poor management/staff or the menu change, or both. Tonight, we ordered a stuffed crust pizza with a couple sides and garlic butter. The pizza came as a hand tossed but they still charged us for the up charge for the stuffed crust and never told us. We got home after a 10 minute drive to realize the crust was wrong as well as them forgetting the garlic butter we paid for. We tried to call the location, but got routed to a customer service rep off site which we were then re rerouted to the actual location. Not sure why when I call the 414- number it routes me to an off location office, but extremely frustrating when our order is wrong and we have to be routed through automated menus and dealing with seemingly outsourced employees. After finally talking to an employee at this location, they told me that they sold out of stuffed crust, and that “someone should have called us”….nobody called us. And it wasn’t refunded on our receipt. Seems like they were trying to pass off pizza we didn’t order because they still were charging us the premium for upgraded crust even though they knew they didn’t have it in house. This location used to be great but it’s really gone downhill and we won’t be ordering from here anymore. For the price they charge it just isn’t right.

Had to place 2 orders to get them to go through, and then we never received our food. And when I called, they answered, said they’re closed and hung up. 2 hours earlier than the listed hours. Had to call the next day and struggle to get a refund. We ended up getting Domino’s within minutes. I’ll never try this store again.

I have a complaint about an order placed yesterday, June 4th, on Sunday afternoon/evening. Placed an order for a medium pizza (different toppings on each side), breadsticks, and Cinnabon mini rolls. We never received the Cinnabon’s, the breadsticks had no seasoning AT ALL (literally just a stale brick of bread), and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked (the onions were still completely raw), the toppings that were supposed to be separate on each side of the pizza were all mixed together, and I feel quite sick today, as does my fiancé, after we ate your pizza last night.

The great classic taste of Pizza Hut is back at your doorstep. I ordered the much missed classic pizza using their website. The order not only arrived on time, but it was warm and the presentation was similar to what you would expect back at the restaurants in the good days. It is a great idea to combine delivery with Door ash, even though it is invisible to the customer. This is great because you don’t need to open an account with Door Dash, therefore less passwords to worry about and one less email to receive.
