They need to lock the doors. Went with my family for dinner, only 2 tables full. The hostess, waitress, and cook (same person) couldn’t keep up with delivery orders so we were ignored. No plates, no refills… Wish we would have ordered deliver. Oh, by the way, the temperature was around 60 degrees inside (I was uncomfortable and kids wore parkas while eating)

I always order from this location when I’m craving pizza and it’s always a good, easy experience. Last night I ordered at 8:40 and the food was ready by 9, which happened to be perfect! The wings were surprisingly good, and I’m always a huge fan of the breadsticks too — I didn’t have my pizza last night but it looks crispy and smells delicious. A little disappointed there’s olives on it, but I’m gonna go ahead and just assume I made the mistake and pressed the wrong button when ordering.

The staff was short. An extremely long wait. My pasta was ready they forgot my cheese stick. Therefore, the wait was longer. After getting home. We notice our Melts were burnt and hard. The pasta was missing the Chicken. We waited so long had to call someone to pick up the kids from daycare or come back for the food.

I am very disappointed. I called in for a personal pizza and picked it up. I got the wrong one. So I called. Savanna the lady I assume was a manager told me she was sorry. She would refund us but we could not get a new pizza. They could not make at this time. 5:15 pm you would think that since the mistake was yours that you would remake the pizza since you made the mistake and the one I got also I was allergic to. I can’t eat mushrooms! I thought about it awhile and contacted pizza hut again and I got my pizza! The one thing that stood out was the the other staff stepped up and apologized and corrected the situation! I am not impressed with this management because I do t like to be lied to. I have never written a review like this. So publicly I say you need new management! The crew behind the scene was excellent !!!
