This place has got to be the most rundown place in crown point and the city is 100 years old. All walls covered with trailer siding. Everywhere is dirty. Went 6pm on a Sunday parking lot completely empty and still found every table dirty. Wouldn’t go here if my kid didn’t get free pizza from school.

Made eye contact with manager and employee, but still waited 5 min while our order sat in hot box. Food was excellent. Extra cheese was there and not over cooked like a lot of Pizza Hut’s.

Ordered a pizza with ranch for delivery and got it a little faster than I expected which was nice. Pizza was hot and was exactly what I wanted. However I ordered no contact delivery thinking that the driver would be able to drop the pizza on my porch somewhere and move on with his night. Did not realize no contact means he had to set up a little stand and then still wait for me to come out and get it. I felt so bad! I understand they probably want to make sure the food is hot when you get it but that was the weirdest no contact delivery I’ve had.

Everything was fine pizza came out fresh food came out fresh but the seating is terrible very uncomfortable, but if you remodel do not go to Wingstreet, keep the original wings.

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in years! So, stopped in to get my mom, who was a patient at St. Anthony’s Hospital, and myself some pizza and breadsticks. Everything was perfect and delicious! Great service! I definitely won’t wait as long to visit again!

Even when short handed and I waiting ten mins maybe for my order it was enjoyable and the pizza and wings were absolutely perfect!!! I have never had a single issue with this store! These employees ( only 2 when they should have at least 4 or 5) were working their butts off and doing the best they could which was amazing full screen tons of orders and they did not falter in any way! They did an amazing job and I will be back again and again!

This location has really gone down. And having a kid as a manager that’s not willing to work with you to replace or refund your bad food item did it in for me tonight. So thanks to Shawn as of now I’m done with this Pizza Hut! I couldn’t eat my melt it had some squishy white substance in it & I got extremely sick but he didn’t care at all, just ‘um ‘um nothing I can do, well I can do & not go there & waste my $ anymore!

If I could leave a zero star I would, this is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received at any Restaurant. We ordered 10 pizza’s for a 7 year olds birthday party. The pizza’s arrived an hour early for the party. 1 hour before it was scheduled to be delivered. When we called Pizza Hut someone claiming to be a manager explained that’s not there problem. “The computer spits them out..we have no control”..then processed to call me ignorant after I after if they could tell time. I will never order here again.
