Xenia – Ordered 2 New Yorker Pizzas, paid on phone.. (great price) ready in 20 min, Picked up in Store, no wait, gave my name and they handed them to me, very hot, great friendly service! We made an online order this evening around 6:15 and was quoted about an hour for delivery, which Is about normal these days. Over two hours later still no delivery and after calling up to the store was told that my food has just been sitting around at the store. They offered to remake it and provide a store credit but I would have had to wait even longer for a delivery driver. Refund takes 7-10 business days…

I ordered a pizza last night online, and never received my delivery. My card was charged, order confirmed, and the order tracker has remained at “we’re making your order” since. I’ve called multiple times between last night and this morning. The manager will not pick up the phone, every-time I’m transferred to the manger line it rings and rings and takes me back to the automated system to repeat the process all over again. I just want to make sure I’m refunded, but no one will pick up the phone. Completely unacceptable.

I had one of the pizza deals when you get three pizzas and not only was the pizza two-and-a-half hours late but when it got here it was extremely cold spoke with the manager said that he was going to give me a refund when I checked my credit card there was nine refunded and I tried to call to see if I could get my order replaced and was put on hold I will never go back to the Xenia Pizza Hut again or have it delivered we had tipped the people well and we’re very pleased with it but over the past month it has gotten worse well Pizza Hut you’ve lost a customer for life and I will let everyone know about the bad service

The Xenia Ohio location is hit and miss on if your pizza will be good or not! I will travel to one out of town (I have and its so much better) if I can but this time I was short on time so went ahead and ordered, not very good unless you like dough with nothing on it, ugh!

Not sure how this place has three and a half stars. This is the WORST pizza joint in Xenia. Don’t order often but every time always three to four hours wait. Excuse is they don’t have enough drivers. THEN DON’T OFFER Delivery!!….

Really enjoy pizza from this location. Hope to see them improve their eat-in experience and work to keep dinning area neat and clean. This location is mainly for pick up and deliveries only. It would be awesome if this location had a drive through.
