Excellent customer service.
Employee was actually clean when I arrived.
Subway is delicious. The only issue was I feel like it’s overpriced 6 inch with a bag of chips $14?

Lady did not notice us coming in, waited 5 minutes for service until we re-opened the door. Food was poorly made and extremely messy. Lady refused to give us combos, saying it “wasn’t Meal of the Day”. Ended up paying 40 dollars for 3 6-inch meals. Will stick to the usual Subway!

I guess she was new. Walked in and didn’t appear for a while, opened the door again so the alert would go off. Finally emerged and I could tell she did not like her job. Sloppy sandwiches and when I asked to make a couple sandwiches a combo she just shook her head no. Paid extra for chips and drinks.

Me, my brother and my niece are here every Sunday, and I order the same thing, but tonight, the server had some recommendations. I replied with, “I will enjoy whatever you decide to prepare for me.” she made me a very delicious meal, and now I look forward to my next mystery meal she makes us feel welcomed every time we arrive. The food is great, and the customer service is above and beyond.

Came in to get something to eat after a long day at work, employee comes out with no apron, no gloves, and obviously under the influence. I ask for Flatbread, he says the flatbread is small, doesn’t seem to know the difference between 6 inch and foot long bread. Eventually found the foot long flatbread, got the sandwich made, and employee cuts the sandwich diagonally, not even going through the bread completely, with a DIRTY KNIFE. My day is significantly worse after spending $20 on this. Next time I’m going to Five Guys.

Visited this Subway location at 10:15am on a Saturday morning. No wait in line. Restaurant was clean, girl behind the counter was prompt and friendly. My sandwich was good, the bread was fresh.

This place was very clean and bright, nice color choices and great interior. As soon as I walked in, instead of hiding in the room, employees were active, organizing and arranging, cleaning etc…
Sandwich maker’s efficiency was a lot better than other subway places, while using oven, he was opening veges and condiments ready for me.
Only thing I would say that can use some improvement is the manner and the way employees speak. “What veges you want” “you want it toasted?”. It’s not necessary but, it really doesn’t show good professional character.
Other than that, good experience here

Typically, the bread is fresh. In my previous experience working at Subway, I understand they sometimes retain bread from the prior day. However, this bread was exceptionally dry, burnt, and stale. Employees should recognize the rising cost of food and strive to provide the highest quality for their customers. This was a waste of money, especially the time wasted. What a let down.

Had some Christmas cards to drop off at UPS
Went in to get a sandwich. The lady was on the phone the entire time and not paying attention but trying to multitask. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no, and she just put it in the toaster oven and pressed the button. She took it out pretty quickly. The entire thing was her talking to someone else on a personal call and talking to me and rushing me. I literally asked her if I should come back. Then as I’m paying, she asked if I was OK and I said I’ve never been to a subway in my life where I wasn’t allowed to say what I wanted on my sandwich. She just walked off. The lids at the drink station were covered in sticky soda. I will never go back.
