I ordered the 30 dinner box. I waited 15 minutes before leaving out . I had to call out “ hello” in the store after waiting a few minutes. The worker was smoking a vape and casually set it on the counter in the back ( food prep area) the sauce for the white Parmesan is lumpy and it’s not hot . The pepperoni one had a large circular indentation on it that actually broke the crust , and left that one deformed. Neither one is properly cut! Each slice tears off raggedy and weird shaped. The cheesy bread sticks are only cut in half . The carmine also doesn’t taste right . The sauce is lumpy .

I got bounced around a call center three times waiting for an order scheduled days in advance. All I wanted to know was if the pizza was going to show up. It did not. Is a call center who has no idea what’s going on at the store necessary at this little location? This was during operating hours. The 216 number should go directly to the store first.

I ordered a large pan pizza with extra cheese, extra pepperoni, regular mushroom and extra Italian sausage. I requested pepperoni be on top of cheese and extra bake to make sure completely melted. For an extra charge of cheese I should not see pizza sauce all throughout the pizza. Apparently they gave me extra sauce instead. Secondly my request for my pizza was ignored and what I got was a soggy pizza with sauce all over the box and not a pan pizza..I requested a refund or a pizza remake. Let’s see what happens.

I’ve been a customer for many years. For the most part, I’ve been satisfied with my service at your Chagrin Blvd. in Shaker Hts. location. So much so, that two of my children use to work there.
However, over the past year, the store’s service has declined significantly. Between food being cold to delivery orders never received, its been frustrating dealing with this location. But yesterday was the last straw. I will no longer order from that location. My food was poorly made & my kids and I are sick to our stomachs. One of the pizzas was dry but ok. The other was made super sloppy & the crust was poorly formed. And the breadsticks was just a block of bread, not even properly cut.
About an hour after eating, my stomach started hurting. Then I vomited. I thought it was just me but soon after my 5 year old son started vomiting and so did my niece & nephews.
Something needs to be done about this location’s horrible service.

Order medium cheese pizza and large pepperoni both thin crust. Time 3:50 pm. Called at called at 5:08pm 4 times no answer. At the delivery person never called never knocked. At 6:45 my niece came over my pizzas was left on the porch in the snow frozen cold. January 30, 2026. I will never use them again. They get a zero from me.

Terrible service. Didn’t get food because it took so long. Orders were backed up. Only two workers in the store and cashier was completely confused. Areas were not clean. Shameful. There was a lobby full of people waiting to pickup orders. A supervisor is needed to make sure orders flow timely. Just terrible!!

They are NASTY!!! They take smoke breaks and take the trash out bare hands and will not wash hands before returning back to work. My order was wrong the girl at the front was pleasant enough to remake the order but after I brung the wrong food back and showed what I ordered the order was still wrong . It’s impossible to get a refund. It was a lazy night for me to not cook but my kids will be upset from now on because it will be no more ordering out especially this Pizza Hut which is convenient because of the location. SHUT IT DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK !!!!!!!

The worst experience ever. I waited over an hour in the store for my order after I already placed it 15 minutes before. After 45 minutes I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one. The front girl was trying her best but her counterpart was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate and making food with no gloves (or washing their hands) after a smoke breaks. I will NEVER be back and I encourage you to go a couple doors down to Dominoes for a quicker, more clean experience.

I placed my order online 1 large stuff crest chicken sausage with 16 boneless chicken for $19.99. Placed my order at 8:15 pm January 25,2025 a text came through saying the order is on it way arrived at 9:15pm. I called the store right away telling them the pizza was burnt the manager told me to bring the pizza back i told them I couldn’t that why I had it delivered he said ok will remake another one and delivered it but I have to give them the other pizza I said no problem. Received a text at 9:40 order is on it way called the store at 10:20 manager said it will be there in minutes. Called back at 11:00 another manager answer the phone got hung up 3x saying he trying to put the order in had me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally came back said the order is getting ready give it 30 to 40 minutes wait. Called back at 12:20am twice put me on hold for 10 minutes no one every came to the phone
