I hadn’t eaten at Pizza Hut in quite some time. I USED to love it here, especially their boneless chicken wings. Well, that was in the past. I will not be back here again unless something changes. We received the worst food and service tonight. I took my 3 kids with me tonight to have some pizza and wings. We ordered the special with 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 8 wings and 10 piece cheese sticks. We waited almost an hour and got our large pizza. It wasn’t correct and it was COLD! Like the cheese was FIRM cold! Then about 15 minutes later, we get the medium and it was great so I cut them some slack since they only had one server and it was her first night. I had to ask for the wings and cheese sticks. When the cheese sticks come out I kid you not, THEY WERE RAW!!! Barely cooked and RAW! The cook told me they were a special order for someone else and he got them mixed up?!? REALLY?!? They didn’t offer me a discount and need less to say, I will not be back unless something is done! Very poor food and the bathrooms were nasty! What has happened here!?! Definitely not worth what I had to pay! Health inspector needs to check them out!

Y’all save your time and your frustration and just drive down the road to the Pineville location. My husband and I went to this location and it was awful. i understand being understaffed, but the staff that IS working needs additional training on customer service. She took our order. 30 minutes later, we still didn’t have drinks. Our night was saved by the Pineville location, where we actually saw another family that left the Middlesboro location.

It was a very bad experience. We placed the order on the app/online; it took over an hour and to get our food. Half of it was cold, some was undercooked, and we didn’t receive 3 items in the order. The District Manager was hard to reach and very unpleasant. We will never go back. Save yourself the time and money (and your hungry stomachs) and don’t go. Just go anywhere else.

They seemed understaffed. They were not busy and we had a party of 8. We were brought one item at a time. The food was good though and the waiter was friendly. I was upset to see they no longer have the buffet, I hadn’t been in a while. Overall good experience, just slow.

I placed an order and the estimated delivery time was 20 minutes. I waited 1.5 hours and they just kept telling me it was on its way, for 45 minutes. I only live 7 minutes away. I had to call 3 times and was on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. it finally came after almost 2 hours

We ordered the feed two which was 8 wings large one topping pizza and cheese bread. The food was very good. Our servers name was Madison and was good also. Lately good service is hard to find. Good job Madison keep up the good service.. they are short of help right now so the hiring stuff is right up in your face when you walk in.

The employees seem to be all huddled together not really paying much mind to any of the customers as well as very slow get orders taken and bring food out that should have been steaming hot but instead barley warm even though the wait time was well over enough time to have prepared our order twice

I ordered pizza online and my husband went to pick it up. I selected the Pizza Hut pick up lane and my husband sat in the car for 6 minutes. Nobody came and he finally went inside. When he got the pizza it was only half baked. We have had good food from here in the past but today it was awful.

The salad bar wasn’t fresh. Ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. Sent them back. The crust wasn’t done. They fixed 2 more—still not done. Not sending the second one back. It should have been baked until done. No more Pizza Hut for me.
