The place is totally casual. The food is pseudo-Chinese. The table service is spotty, as long as you’re willing to get things you want yourself. Beer is good, but you drink it out of a bottle that may or may not be cold. Food is heavily spiced and flavored, usually used by restaurants to hide deficiencies in ingredients. The dumplings were okay. The sake served was a nice touch. My dish was not good, it tasted sort of chemicals or metallic. My nephew’s dish was better than mine. Atmosphere is kind of dated, your seat might be under a nuclear-powered air conditioning outlet. Bring a sweater. All in all, it was an average experience, nothing remarkable.

I love that you can just help yourself to sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, fortune cookies, chopsticks, napkins, straws. The food was beautiful. Well priced. Good sized meals. Friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

The restaurant itself is clean but I’m a bit upset about the quality and portion size of this meal. This came up to about $12 and it isn’t much, which it definitely wasn’t worth the price. The rice was stale and a bit hard. The chicken wasn’t spicy at all although claims to be, and it’s a bit too sweet. Overall, you have better luck going to Panda Express for the quality that they are providing.

The general feeling is good. I like the snack at front desk very much. You can drink whatever you like and dishes can be matched according to my own taste. The rice and noodles are delicious, and spring roll also is delicious. But I just sat for a while trying to finish my meal, staff had already taken the plates away.

I ordered pick up. What happened, this location used to be great. Now when you order you can’t specify exactly how you want your meal anymore. That’s contribute to overall 3 stars rating because without extra sauce on the side being served over rice the rice soaks up all the sauce and the protein is left dry. In the pictures you see chicken, shrimp and fried rice. Not as crisp as I like. Not as saucy as I like and the fried rice is just okay. I’d like to see the quality come back up to what it used to. Until then there are other places. Also these people sizes are terrible. I ordered them double protein and looks like should be single size. You get way more for your money at Panda.

Pei Wei has become my go to for Pad Thai (and other dishes) Again today I was able to enjoy an awesome serving of the Chicken Pad Thai. The restaurant has limited seating and practices all elements of social distancing. The staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Now, build one of these in upstate NY!!!!

It was delicious, but the portion was sooooooo much we couldn’t finish. After you finish the entree, there’s a deep bowl of rice. First timer, and I’ll be back
If you have 2 or more people I recommend getting the feast. It’s the same price as 2 meals with fried. Worth the variety

Update: better today. Forgot to get the sauce on the side. Anyhow, it was a lot faster and this time wasn’t burnt.
I order the bourbon chicken. Flavor was good but chicken was burnt. Not all of them but some of it. I recommend you order the rice on the side or the excess of sauce won’t let you eat it. Also they took over 20 minutes to prepare a to go order for me. Seems too much for a fast food chain.
