Prices are too high and customer service was horrible. Nobody came to see if we needed refills on our drinks and had to go retrieve our bill to pay. For the prices you charge, the customer experience needs to be a lot better.

Best pizza I’ve had in a while. The server was great, the cook made a wonderful pizza. The only concern I have is the cook had long hair and didn’t have it pulled back in a pony tail, but he did make a great pizza.

Called in our order for pickup they said would be a 25 min wait. We gave them 35 then when we went to pickup in drive-thru we paid and then sat there 17 min while 4 employees stood right there just talking and would look over at us every few m8n and continue to stand there and be rude. Really disgusting. We ordered extra pineapple on our pizza. Yeah this is a bad example of TOO MUCH it’s literally covered and the pineapple isn’t even cooked. It’s like they threw it on after it finished cooking; so the pineapple wasn’t even caramelized. The sauce was just as bad, it literally tastes like ketchup. The only redeeming quality was the crust. Which was meh at best. Papa johns is the best pizza place in this town by far, stay away from this gross place
