I will never forget the effort those at Maestro Bistro put into making my mother’s birthday (yesterday) one we will all remember. In addition to the fabulous food (sea bass, pork tenderloin and the empanadas were some of our group’s favorites) and amazing service (thank you, Colin) and no, my glass never became empty despite the fact I drink so much water (wish I knew the lovely lady’s name who was so attentive to thank her again), the energy in the restaurant reflected the good time everyone appeared to be having as well- especially for a Tuesday night-it was elegant yet festive! We wanted something special and everyone from the manager down made it happen. Thanks again!!!

We hosted a delightful bridesmaids luncheon at Maestro’s. Pamela was wonderful to work with. She was very professional, helpful and accommodating. I was planning this from out of town and she made the whole process very easy. The venue was beautiful and private the perfect place for our party. The service was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. The food was delicious and provided tasty alternatives for those with dietary restrictions. We received many compliments from our guests. What a great place! Sat outside while the Great Scott Parade of Greenville went by with bagpipes playing. The food was excellent. The empanada lived up to their reputation (especially the accompanying sauce). Swordfish special was one of the best I’ve ever had. Forest is an extremely good server. Excellent service.

I can’t even tell you were to start with this review. Maestro was 5 star all the way. I’ll start with our server, Patrick. He was spectacular, very friendly and really helped us make our decisions as to what to order. He explained that this place is TRULY farm to table. Literal farmers deliver the restaurant’s ingredients. I believe it, too. I had the she crab soup (best I’ve ever had) and the Chilean Sea Bass. That piece of fish was the absolute best fish I’ve ever tasted. Cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth like butter. It was on top of delicious risotto and some fresh spinach. I forced myself to eat slowly to savor every bite. I also got to taste the scallops which were also fantastic. Everyone in our group of 6 loved their meal. Don’t miss dessert, either. The chocolate peanut butter pie was my favorite, but they had a lemon ricotta cake and coconut cake that were right up there, too!
