Tonight we had amazing food! Service was friendly and the food was great! We received extra food and it was the best pizza dinner in a long time.
Update on previous review:
last night we had the crappiest dinner here!
1. Waited over 45 minutes for our food.
2.A manager was sitting in a booth across from us reprimanding a employee (our waitress) while we were waiting for our food.
3.many tables left uncleaned while a manger was having a meeting with the employee
4.50 degrees in there, couldn’t eat, had to go to the car to eat. Waitress said, “It’s always cold in here!”
5. Food wasn’t hot.
We did get a discount, because they knew we didn’t get good service!

It used to be a 3/5. I’m giving it a 5/5 just because of how much it has improved. The food is great and the service is impeccable. We came in the beginning of the month and there was one man working: Mike. Mike is super kind, very helpful, and very efficient. He was the only one working up front which involves serving, taking orders, answering phones. Under all of that, he irradiated positivity. I don’t know if there is an employee of the month, but make it Mike.

Excellent wings! Perfect amount of crispy & juicy. Hawaiian pizza was awesome. Personal pan pizza for our granddaughter was just the right size for her. Meagan our server was personable, courteous, and efficient. All around great lunch. 5 stars!

This Pizza Hut is a joke. Been waiting an hour, not all drinks served, our order has not been took. Mom went to see about my brothers drink and why taking so long and guy got snappy with her, told her she will be leaving restaurant mad. Then turned his back on her while she was talking to him. Yeah it’s a little busy but no accuse for such poor service! Plus one manager was behind the counter and ignored the whole thing. The boy left guess cause his shift was over, never came back to wait on us. We got a hold of another waiter after and hour and half waiting and she took our orders finally. She said the boy only had two tables. He was just ready to go home and didn’t care. We asked to speak to manager after we were told there were 3 there but no one ever came to our table. If I could give zero star I would.

Service was nonexistent. Food didn’t come out in proper order. Chicken was almost room temperature when delivered to our table. Drink glasses were dirty. No refills offered. No plates to eat our pizza off of. Store was hot inside. Pizza was perfect though. Cook did a great job there. Wait time was 45 minutes with only 7 tables occupied . Drinks were a 15 minute Wait.

Really disgusting. We ordered extra pineapple on our pizza. Yeah this is a bad example of TOO MUCH it’s literally covered and the pineapple isn’t even cooked. It’s like they threw it on after it finished cooking; so the pineapple wasn’t even caramelized. The sauce was just as bad, it literally tastes like ketchup. The only redeeming quality was the crust. Which was meh at best. Papa johns is the best pizza place in this town by far, stay away from this gross place

Dined in, we were the only people. My 6 yo son had to go to the bathroom and that wasn’t possible due to the toilets being covered in feces. The sweet tea tasted bad , we never got plates or napkins or refills. Never checked on and $75 dollars later we walked out extremely disappointed. The lady there was so nice though to the kids and hung their pictures up that they colored. We won’t be going back, guess the rumors are true ♀️

It had been a long time since we had been to pizza hut, after this, will not be back to this one !
We had to seat ourselves, could barely find a clean table, tables and floors were very dirty. Salad bar was very messy. When we asked for silverware, was asked would we use plastic, because there was none clean. It was FREEZING in there, it was 37 outside and not much warmer inside. My husband even had a coat on. We couldn’t even finish our meal because we were so cold. Staff seemed poorly trained. Had to ask for plates etc.

No one at front to seat people. Tables was dirty, floor was dirty, salad bar was poorly managed. Had to eat with plastic fork because there was none clean. Server was poorly trained. Cold in there and it’s the worst I’ve ever seen it. Too many people working to have such a poorly managed restaurant. Good service will keep people coming back.
