Worse thin crust pizza I ever ate. Frozen pizza is better than this. I am only 4 minutes from the store. I got home tge pizza was cold. I had a tough time trying to cut it with a knife. The pizza banged (sound) when I put it on the plate. The crust was not eatable. Never again will I ever buy a pizza from Pizza Hut. I put oil on the dryed out pizza. Didn’t help it.

If I could give this 0 Star, I would! I order on Ubereats, and my order was wrong! I called the store to report the issue, and they told me they would transfer me to the manager. Every time I was on hold, someone pick up and asked me the same question about what whether this is pick up or delivery! I was on the line for 20mins and then, they hung up on me! So unprofessional! The worst experience I’ve had! I ordered personal pan with pepperoni and roasted ham, I received a cheese pizza! It stated the pasta comes with the bread sticks, and I did not receive any bread sticks! Terrible! I also waited 1 hr when it said 30mins!

I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 30-35 minutes. My pizza arrived over an hour later and it was barely warm. Driver was not happy when there was no tip. He said he was the only one working.

Honestly the worst experience ever. Waited an hour to get my pizza, then I got it like this. Called the phone number that was supposed to be the store, but it was just a call center that referred me to another call center, than then told me to call the store…… SO backwards, SO unorganized, SO disappointing. Save your money! Or simply go somewhere that cares.

Worst experience with a pizza place ever. After 4 hours of waiting the delivery guy came to my house, stood there then left WITH my food I had already paid for. (Special delivery instructions are not followed) I have no idea how the food is as I never got mine! No one answers phones and if they do, they are quick to toss you on hold for over an hour, I’m sure to see how long you will hang on.

This location is horrible. We ordered the big new yorker pizza and it looked absolutely nothing as advertised. Beyond that, February 18th, 2023 we ordered a pizza for delivery and no pizza or delivery person ever showed up. After going to the restaurant itself and inquiring into what happened, I was told that whoever was working that night “quit”. It seems this location has an issue with staffing and staff that put effort into their jobs. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza hut.

Poor customer service when speaking to associate at the store, one hour 42 minutes total time from order placement to pizza arrival, pizza was obviously cold at delivery. Stuffed crust had minor amount of cheese compared to all previous experiences. I do not recommend this store. If you insist on this location, go pick it up and get it as fresh as possible.

The most horrible service ever is at this Pizza Hut every time I go there there’s always an issue I stopped going for a while and I happen to be around the area so I went in when I went in that guy in the front who’s working right now has a horrible attitude. He was looking at me up and down I felt super discriminated and the girl that was next to him. She kept picking up the phone and hang it up every time somebody will call to put in an order. These people are very very unprofessional and should not be working there I asked the guy what are the number of wings that come in print order and he told me to look at the paper once again, horrible service, and I would never step foot in this place again.

I am so nice about being busy, I worked at a fast food place myself but they just honestly gaslight you about your order, hang up, put you on the line w a new person for every question you have with a 10 minute hold in between. I’m starving. I have a headache. I can show compassion if you show me you have some for me as well. I stayed up until 1 am waiting for a pizza that never came. They obviously need more staff or a new manager that can better execute staff towards being efficient. I hope they can get that.
