I drive for Dash and I came to the location to pickup my customers order to be told that they have closed the store early. I do understand about not having enough staff. But you should have notified the Store Manager and District Manager to get permission to at least lock the main doors and continued to service customers in the drive thru. But to be told that your vats have been shutdown and you have nothing available in beyond me. So that tells me if you just closed and all your vats are down and cold, that you closed before 9pm. But to also see you in the lobby sitting down and in the drive thru window that you have bags prepared for yourselves with no customers in line. Customers bring money that pays your salary and closed doors will only bring non returning business.

Very dirty place. Nobody wioes the tables, even the front counter where they hand you the food is dirty. None of the employees sees that as a problem. I will not even talk about the customer service at Wendy’s: no trained employee that meet the Wendy’s standards, unless this is the new standards. If the kitchen is as cleaned as the restooms, then you can imagine how your food is treated.

This was the best well kept Wendy’s that I have seen in a long time. The dining area was spotless, The cashier service was superb. The cashier even recommended me to try some items on the menu. The food was served fast hot and accurate. I will be coming back to this spot again. Thank you you all made my day

Pulled into their drive-through at 8:40 PM, there were about three cars ahead of me and it says on their listing that they close at 9 PM. They took forever to clear out three vehicles and when I finally arrived to the order window at 8:52, they rudely told me that they were closed. When I mentioned that it was only 852 and that it says on their site that they close at nine, the person told me that by the time they made my food it would be too late. I was the last car in the line and they easily could’ve taken my order which was going to be three items. This was absolute terrible customer service and I am appalled at the way that I was treated. It’s actually shocking how bad it was. I’m sure the food would have been just as awfully prepared as the first time that I went to this location…I wouldnt be surprised to get a few cockroaches in the fries…I won’t be back here.

Female day manager is very polite and respectful. She always speaks and recognizes me. When I hadn’t been there for a couple of weeks, She mentioned that she missed me and asked if I was OK. How’s that for great customer service and recognition? She is a professional and courteous individual. She expects the same from her staff. Keep up the great work.
