Unfortunately, it is useless that they have opened the dinner room, since the treatment of receiving and serving you is not good. First we arrived and it said to wait for service and there were 2 employees looking at us from afar and they kept talking among themselves until they finally came to tell us that we could sit where we wanted and then when we asked they did not have a friendly attitude nor did they put our plates and much less they went to ask if we wanted something else and the place was empty

I ordered online last night. I arri ed about 15 mins after I received a message saying that my order would be ready. I waited in the drive thru for 20 mins before I got to window. Finally someone came to window and I was told that my food “wasn’t even in oven” very rudely by the cook. The young boy was doing his best and was apologizing. Then No breadsticks.Never again!@

We placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes when we arrived for pick up 25-30 minutes later we paid and then the cashier went to get our order. 5-10 minutes passed and she hadn’t come back to the window but she could be seen talking to go workers. We probably sat at the window for 20 minutes before another employee approached the window asking if we’d been helped. We explained that we were waiting on our order she went to check and came back to tell us our order would be ready in 10 minutes… At this point I was upset and annoyed I had a screaming baby with me idk if they forgot to make my order or they dropped it but had they informed me what was going on I would have been understanding but the employee did not she just left us waiting and had a different employee handle our needs which is why I give 2 stars. Thankfully my pizza was fresh and hot!

I’ve been to this store a few times. The last two times, I’ve opted to go thru the take out window because the last time I went inside, there was drama between leadership and employees and my order wasn’t fired correctly causing me to have sit there and wait even longer for them to get it right. This time, the employee seemed to be a sleep at the drive thru window and when I got home with my order, I discovered that my pizza order was wrong yet again. My lesson, make sure they made the right crust before leaving the store.

Will not be coming back to this location. My fiance and I ordered boneless wings and the Big Dinner Box, the boneless wings had absolutely no sauce on them. Upon entering an employee named Emma had her fingers in her mouth then proceeding to touch things. She ignored us and the ringing phone to continue texting. When an older male employee came up front and asked her to answer the phone she told him not to “fxcking start with her”. EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior, I’m astounded that this is acceptable to any place of service.

We got the meat lovers crispy melts and they are usually very good but not this time. It was burnt and too much sausage and barely any if the other meats.

The food was good but the manager had no respect for employees. The young lady that served us made a mistake in the price. When we told the manager her comment to the employee was “it was coming out of her salary and basically learn a lesson”. What a terrible attitude, she could have rung it up differently and we both could have come out ok. But instead made a point if it to the employee. So anyway we gave the employee enough to cover the charge she was going to have to cover. Pretty terrible customer and employee service and no respect.
