I ordered via the mobile app, thinking I was ordering from the nearby Waukegan Rd location… but nope, had to actually leave my car and walk into Walmart. No big deal, took about 3 min to get my order, probably faster than the long line at the drive thru spot. Free mocha coffee thanks to the app – tasted great compared to other McDs. Fries were warm.. not HOT, McDouble was average. Friendly staff too.

The lady with the purple hair was so rude and I didn’t even do anything bad to her. The place was not busy, my order was not something complicated, and I was polite with her. I don’t know her personally as well. This was my first bad experience here and I’ve been here a couple of times. If you are going to choose which customers you want or if you do not want to be bothered, then it’s better for you to leave. I went there to buy food and not to see you! You ruined my day!

Never had a problem here until recently. Ordered a decent size order for the family. When driving off noticed that something was missing. Had to go in. Then opened my fish sandwich and it has some hair on it. Had to go back in. The manager tried to say it wasn’t hair but couldn’t tell me what it was. Okay. We switched out the sandwiches for something else. The issue is the workers are smiling meanwhile they are talking smack in Spanish to each other about me trying to get free stuff. I paid for my order and I don’t want hair on it. Just own your mistake and keep it moving. Remember just because someone doesn’t look like you, doesn’t mean they don’t know Spanish.

I don’t eat there anymore yuck McDonald’s sells people people and have been covering it up for years I don’t even eat hash browns any more or tea . However I do give rides and pick up door dash for others and the service is ok with the older black lady who works there. This location has a older dude big Latino working taking orders he is rude rude rude and should not be there the ladies are very kind and professional

Worst McDonald’s service ever. I went here to buy the Travis Scott meal on September 15, 2020 around 7 pm, and this Guy is very rude taking orders, he doesn’t greet customers, never smile, look exhausted, very slow and very rude, and the worst part is he took my order wrong, and he is the one who is mad. He don’t even say sorry and just turn his back on me. You should train your staff to treat your customer with respect. If there’s a Zero , you deserve it
