Arrived around 2pm on a Saturday and there were no customers. As my group of 4 waited to be seated several minutes passed without even being acknowledged. Everyone was in the back. I peered into the window where I could see two employees. One was on his phone and the other appeared to be working. I tried several times calling out to get their attention. Finally I yelled loud enough and the one on his phone looked up and I asked if they were open and he sarcastically replied yes. I then asked him should we seat ourselves only to be responded to again with a sarcastic yes. As we seated ourselves an employee sarcastically said out loud from the back, “does it look like we are open”. My husband shared a few unkind words with him and we just left. I have been here a handful of times in the past only to be unimpressed with the service each time. Not that this Pizza Hut cares but we will never return.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut. The store is so understaffed. The management team couldn’t care less and either does the rest of the team. I ordered a supreme pizza with no onions, and of course it came out with onions. When I asked for one without onions, I was told from the waiter to just pick them off. What kind of response is that? Hopefully the owners of this store will take note and get this place back on track before it’s too late.

I think Pizza Hut wants to go out of business, at least at this location. They still do not have real menus with prices listed. Our “server” didn’t do much serving at all and just stood around talking to the other server and to one customer that the employees all seemed to know. We asked for a to-go cup and were told all they have is kid size cups because they “just stopped ordering the bigger ones”. We’ll skip dining in next time and do carry out.

So, the pizza itself was cooked well and tasted fine. The problem was: I paid almost 8 dollars for a personal pan pizza that was the size of a slice and a quarter of pizza from Hindy gas stations! It was very underwhelming and disappointing purchase! Never again!!

Please bring the strongest pair of glasses you have access to if you have any vision problems at all. I only wear reading glasses, occasionally. But my strongest pair still didn’t make the menu readable. And the menu is taped in a worn out sheet protector, which makes it harder to read. The pizza we ordered was good. But we were really looking forward to wings and some kind of bread sticks, but couldn’t see the tiny print to see the options. Service was ok.

Lazy employees. Next time put a sign up saying dine in is closed. Literally unpacked a family of 6 in the pouring rain and sat down to then be told ohh actually the dine in is closed because a girl has a arm in a sling. It’s the lack of common sense and courtesy && your reviews reflect that. Oh BTW said girl who couldn’t work because her arm was in a sling was just vacuuming her little heart out.

Buffet is really good when it’s stocked. The staff is always willing to make special requests. If you’re in a hurry, this might not be the lunch spot to stop at.

Worst excuse for a restaurant pay 40 dollars for a buffet for them to tell you it was to full to cook what you want when the only people in there was us 70 percent of the pizza had mushrooms on it we can’t even touch mushrooms the other 30 had olives so we ate 14 dollars worth of pizza in the 1 hr and a half we were in there and she said I’m sorry we couldn’t make anymore pizza for you but you know what they couldn’t charge us any less either so my advice to you is stay way away from here and do not waist your hard earned money on this owners living thank you and have a good day. ( I was contacted by a outstanding young woman name Nicole who made sure she went above and beyond to make this right I have since went to eat and it was just a great experience thank you for making it right

They have lacked the last 2 orders. I can not understand what it is about this location. It is like they don’t care about the customer at all. Last order I had no utensils to eat with. I don’t bring my own to work. I have 30 minutes for lunch so I went without. The melt was the wrong ingredients. Previous to this order which was 70 dollars worth of food for my coworkers and myself. The order was to be delivered by lunch. Specified that in the order on the website. Still food came early, taken back to the restaurant and put under a heat lamp for almost 1.5 hours and redelivered. Like I said not impressed.
