You’ve been warned! Single-handedly the WORST experience I’ve had trying to order a pizza. This was supposed to be a “meat lovers” and it came with no Italian sausage or beef and no extra sauce or any that I could taste. No receipt at all from the driver. It all tasted bland. Was given a refund but had to drive back to the store to hand them back their messed up pizza which I shouldn’t even have had to do. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again.

I keep ordering PAN PIZZA but i keep getting regular pizza. There’s a obvious difference. And $1 more for nothing. I only order pan because it’s actually fluffy and dosnt hold onto all the grease and the regular pizza is so greasy all the way through to the bottom. And when I order breadsticks they’re not all there.

I ordered at 6:15pm on Saturday. I ordered two large pizzas(one with regular sauce and one with light sauce), cheese sticks, 2 liter Dr. Pepper, 2 liter Diet Pepsi, and used 150 rewards for Cinnabons. On the website it said that it will take 25-35 minutes. I understand that times vary for delivery especially on a Saturday night. I was notified that my pizza was out for delivery at 6:58pm. I received another text at 7:28 that my order would be delivered through door dash instead and it would be delivered at 7:45pm. At 7:50pm I received two large pizzas. The door dasher confirmed that was all that was given to him.

I had an employee tell me on the phone that she was 100% sure my pizza was indeed a hand tossed pizza. But this is actually 100% a thin crust pizza and instead of admitting the mistake they made she decided it was a better idea to tell me that I’m wrong. This is the second time I’ve received bad service and quality and accuracy issue at this Pizza Hut and I will not be coming back here. They offered to redo the pizza and I guess that was supposed to make it better but to call a customer a liar over a pizza is disrespectful to say the least.

Spoke with Erica, she has ridiculous customer service.. Pizza all Messed up and I don’t even eat pork and had pepperoni piece in pizza. Sweeping and making the pizza with the same unwashed hands. They need to be clean and hygiene. Will not recommend this business.

Simply disgusting. Ordered a pan pizza which I have liked from other locations. This one was not even cooked all the way. The crust was goey. Cheese not even melted. It was not edible. Waste of $27 for sure…, never again. I would steer clear of this location.

Ordered online. Estimated delivery time was 45-55 minutes. The tracker showed the pizza was still being prepared after 60 minutes. Called the store. We were told the pizza was done and there were no drivers to deliver. I was was placed on hold and later was told they would bake a new pizza and it would be delivered by door dash. It took over 2 hours from the time we ordered to receive our pizza. No discount was offered as an attempt to make it right. Choose another location.
