I placed an order for pizza with an estimated wait time of 35 minutes. After waiting significantly longer than the estimated time, the pizza arrived in a condition that was not fit for consumption.
I contacted the store, and an employee offered me a credit, which I found unacceptable given the circumstances. I requested either a full refund or for my order to be remade. At that point, the manager, who identified himself as Cordell, ( I believe) got on the phone and began yelling at me. He stated that it was Super Bowl Sunday and that they were too busy to address my issue, and said there was nothing else he could do I could come pick it up (after already paying for delivery absolutely not) before hanging up on me.
When I called back, the same manager answered and again began yelling at me in an unprofessional and hostile manner. He stated that I was “taking up his time” and that he “didn’t have time for me,” while continuing to scream. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Well, I understand some days are stressful. There is nothing to excuse this type of behavior.Thank goodness corporate is now involved . Papa Johns it is!!

My worst pizza experience ever. I dont know who owns/runs this place but there needs to be an evaluation of staff and operations! I ordered directly from the website at 6:00pm and received a delivery time of 6:31pm, then i got a text that Doordash will be delivering my order by 7:10 along with tracking info. Two different drivers went to pick up my order and left!! I called the store 3 times before someone finally answered and was told that ” we’re having issues with the Doordash system and my order will be on its way shortly. A 3rd driver showed up and after seeing him wait 10 mins I called the driver and asked him if my order was ready, they told him no!! I told him to let them know im on the phone and its been over an hour, 3 different drivers, where’s my food?? They told him its being prepared now. What???!!! I finally got my food at 8:15pm, 2 hour and 15 mins later!!! Of course everything arrived cold (i live 5 mins away), my barbque chicken pizza has barely any sauce!!

I went here with my sister and ordered two pizzas. Both pizzas were charged for larges when we only ordered and received mediums. When my sister picked up the pizza everything minus the chicken sausage was incorrect. When she asked for it to be corrected the general manager turned her away stating he didn’t charge us for those items. When I went in the GM immediately had an attitude stating “here she is again”. I sat the pizzas down and pointed out what was incorrect and asked how much it would cost to fix. Instead of telling me the cost he stated I needed “leave come back without an attitude and to put a smile on my face”. I have been as polite as possible at this point and requested a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered at 6:15pm on Saturday. I ordered two large pizzas(one with regular sauce and one with light sauce), cheese sticks, 2 liter Dr. Pepper, 2 liter Diet Pepsi, and used 150 rewards for Cinnabons. On the website it said that it will take 25-35 minutes. I understand that times vary for delivery especially on a Saturday night. I was notified that my pizza was out for delivery at 6:58pm. I received another text at 7:28 that my order would be delivered through door dash instead and it would be delivered at 7:45pm. At 7:50pm I received two large pizzas. The door dasher confirmed that was all that was given to him.
The pizzas that were sent were cold and hard and they both had barely any sauce at all on them. I immediately called the store. I spoke with a lady who never gave me her name. I explained the situation. She never once apologized but instead explained to me that i must be mistaken because they generally used two scoops for light sauce and three for regular. I told her it looked like there was one scoop on each. She said she could have my order remade but it would be over 2 hours to receive it. It was 8:00pm already and I was feeding my kids. I asked if I can just bring it back and have it remade. She said it would take at least 45 minutes for that. I asked if I can just get a refund and she said yes and immediately hung up the phone without saying anything else. I called back to make sure she had my information. I called back once and she answered and put me on hold over 10 minutes without coming back on. I called again and no answer. I called a 3rd time and when she answered I asked not to be on hold, and was immediately placed on hold for another 15 minutes without her coming back on. By this time it was almost close to 8:30. I gave up for the night. I filled out a survey and said everything that is stated here and asked for a manger to call back. Still nothing. I called today to speak to someone and no one ever answered the phone. I just would like my money back at this point. It was charged to my card and it went through today for food I didn’t even receive. I understand that the service industry is short staffed and I don’t usually resort to posting a bad review but I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone or a call back to refund my money.

You’ve been warned! Single-handedly the WORST experience I’ve had trying to order a pizza. This was supposed to be a “meat lovers” and it came with no Italian sausage or beef and no extra sauce or any that I could taste. No receipt at all from the driver. It all tasted bland. Was given a refund but had to drive back to the store to hand them back their messed up pizza which I shouldn’t even have had to do. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again.

I had an employee tell me on the phone that she was 100% sure my pizza was indeed a hand tossed pizza. But this is actually 100% a thin crust pizza and instead of admitting the mistake they made she decided it was a better idea to tell me that I’m wrong. This is the second time I’ve received bad service and quality and accuracy issue at this Pizza Hut and I will not be coming back here. They offered to redo the pizza and I guess that was supposed to make it better but to call a customer a liar over a pizza is disrespectful to say the least.

Pizza sauce is supposed to be included on the pizza. This is the 2nd time we have ordered and the pizza was bread and cheese. There needs to be more sauce even for normal sauce. Sometimes for extra sauce they drown it in sauce. Not sure what is going g on with this location. The pizza used to be so good every time.

This store is a joke. Every time they deliver with door dash you can expect cold late pizza. They don’t care. I get they don’t control Door Dash, but when they deliver, Door Dash is Pizza Hut. They need to stop stacking orders with Door Dash.
