My order was not prepared correctly. I advised I wanted to get what I ordered and would wait. I wasn’t offered anything for my inconvenience of having to wait an additional 20mins for my order to be prepared correctly. Then on top of that, with me waiting for another pizza to be made it should have been fresh hot out the oven. It wasn’t. It was barely warm and I didn’t want to take the chance of them remaking my order and doing something to my food cause of their error.

Spoke with Nichole who was very nice at first. Picked up my pizza that was accredited to me since it had been incorrect the first time. I get home and take a bite to see there was NO SAUCE on the pizza. After calling back to speak with her again and tell her the issue she was cutting me off and told me that I could not get another pizza and that the lady for over 15+ years made the pizza and made it perfect. I understand her experience but that doesn’t mean she can’t make a mistake. I was asked to bring it back but was at work at the time now I don’t even feel like wasting gas for a terrible experience. Customer service is everything I WILL NOT BE BACK.

This is the 3rd I’ve ordered online from this location. Pizza arrived cold & not sealed. The young man on duty who answered call was rude & refused to issue a refund. Then he stated he would issue me a $20 credit when I paid $27.66. Then he said he would issue a $30 credit by my phone # in system. Very unsatisfactory & unprofessional. I ordered a big NY extra cheese.

So if I could go below 1 star I would because of my pizza experience. Please if you like Pizza Hut do yourself a favor and don’t go to the one in Conyers @ Honey creek do to my bad experience. Order a pan looked more like a handtoss not done toppings not all over the pizza and tasted nasty. I wasted 13.00 on a nasty pizza never again this location sucks.

THis location should just close down. Luke warm pizza and half the order left at the store. They used a DoorDash driver to deliver my pizza it was 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Never enough drivers to do the job right. They should just close.

Ordered 1 pizza and wings online. Arrived for pick up and was told to wait 15 min for a redo, as new trainees were burning all the pizzas. Over an hour and a half later I was brought a burned pizza, no wings, no apology, and only after I had to ask about my order repeatedly from indifferent employees. Reached out to Pizza Hut corporate, as this kind of poor service has been happening for months now, and was redirected to the store with no reply. Poor management, poor service, poor quality product… not worthy of the Pizza Hut name. Don’t waste your money here!

I love Pizza Hut Pizza; but this new “Pizza Hut Melt” is something I’ll never order again. It’s extremely DRY. I had the “Meat Lover’s Melt”: Beef, Bacon, Ham, Italian Sausage, Pepperoni and Pork. It didn’t have enough cheese on it and the dipping sauce didn’t help with the dryness. The pizza I’ve ordered from here gets 5 stars; but this Pizza Melt get 1 star.

Pizza was cut incorrectly we did not even have Full sliced pizza and when we got it it was cold. It was supposed to be delivered by 750 we did not get it until 820. It was delivered by doordash and not a pizza hut delivery person so the food was cold since they had no warmer bag.

Had to throw away after one bite and make dinner after waiting. Asked for barely any cheese and extra sauce, received EXTRA CHEESE AND BARELY ANY SAUCE, no flavor on crust or fairy dust. Only one time was it perfect in the past. Also, if you try calling the store, you’ll here the recording then get hung up on. It’s great and not frustrating at all when hungry.
