The staff was so nice and the ribs were really tender and flavorful. The sides were mid at best, Cole slaw was ok, the baked beans were soupy and the Mac and cheese was more like a pasta with a watery cheese sauce. I’d go back again but skip the side dishes.

the ribs are AMAZING. Super tender with a great flavor. Only thing is the sides aren’t good unfortunately. Mac and cheese was super mushy and overcooked, and the cajun rice was bland. But i would def come back just for the ribs

Me and my wife got the meat sampler. All the meat I got was great! The sides could use sum work, that’s why I gave 4 stars. Mac n cheese was very liquid, almost like cheese water. The wedges were the best side I could recommend. Greens and baked beans had their own distinct taste. Overall ill be back for the meat, desert was good too but the mac n cheese and greens could use a little more love. The large sides are kinda small too. Customer service was excellent…we’ll be back

Excellent food. Was tipped off to this place by a friend and I was not disappointed. Got a brisket sandwich and Prime’s Supreme Wedges. Very filling. Baked beans had great flavour, albeit more soupy than I’m used to, but I would still eat them again. Ate in, although most of their business seems to be take out.

You ever find a place that’s soooo good you drive past three other places that do the “same thing” to go to that one instead? That’s what Prime BBQ is.
We drive up from Hamilton when we want BBQ because it’s just that good.
The portions are huge, especially for the prices. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The flavors of everything are top tier. And the smell when you walk in is basically an aphrodisiac.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Check Check Check, your to go order. Just got back to the hotel. No dressing for my salad (asked for Italian). Ordered garlic mash and got rice. Peach cobbler was inedible.

Rib tips were just ribs cut sideways with the bones still in. Barely any meat on them and they want $14. The chicken tenders were dry. We ordered Cajun Wedges but they gave us regular wedges. Half the soda machine was “out”. The staff seemed nice though. Very overpriced and disappointing. I spent $61 on 4 people and the only good thing was the brisket sandwich and the Mac and cheese.

I would have given it a little higher rating if it weren’t for the cost. The pulled pork came out a little cool, wings didn’t taste that great, and there wasn’t a good variety of BBQ sauce to choose from. It was similar to City BBQ, with higher prices and fewer types of BBQ. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The room was in need of more AC. The quality did not match the cost, so I won’t be going back.
