If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars, I would. I ordered a half-cheese, half-pepperoni pizza online for my niece, and when I went to pick it up, I was handed two separate boxes because they “didn’t have any large boxes.” No one informed me of this beforehand. On top of that, the cheese side was poorly made. Overall, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience from this location.

I normally never have issues at this location but today was the worst! Walked into a waiting area full of customers – no structure, no line, no strategy in handling the situation. I stood for about 15 mins as persons walked in after me and cut the “nonexistent” line. The guy in the front was clearly overwhelmed trying to fill DoorDash orders and assist the other customers but this is where implementation of a flow would have been helpful. I proceeded to ask him to check the oven for my order as I had been standing there for a long time and was pretty sure that I was staring at my order through the glass. He responded by staring me up and down and walked off. When he finally felt like getting to me, he handed over the food that had literally been sitting there the whole 20-25 mins I was standing in line. So focused on being petty and having an attitude because I rightfully asked him to check on my order, he ended up giving me another customer’s order (which I discovered on the way home) and my order was wrong. I am truly disappointed with the service. Adequate training is needed so that your team members are properly prepared to handle busy days. This guy focused on customers who’s orders were not fully fulfilled while other customers’ orders were just sitting there as they stood waiting. The line could have been handled better and the level of ignorance was at an all time high. 0 STARS❗️

I recently stopped by this newly remodeled Pizza Hut location for a taste of their classic Meat Lover’s Pan Pizza, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Great Taste, Perfect Temperature, Nice Staff

Worst pizza ever. They over charged me. I don’t appreciate. The pizza was dry and hard. The pizza was shorter than the box by half and I know they shorted me because the reason I went here was because I had Pizza Hut on memorial drive & I just had to have Pizza Hut again. Little did I know some greasy woman heavy mouth breather would short me because she seemed like she wanted the pizza herself. She then kept asking did I want my receipts. I said no because everything goes to my phone. I get an alert when I leave she over charged me for a sauce. How shady these people are the worst they have the worst food and service. We don’t need to support them. Dominos and papa John’s are better and have better quality food. Pizza Hut on memorial drive in Decatur is the best Pizza Hut as far as food. They have good service too. But this one I won’t ever go to my friend who got the Pizza Hut with me the other day got pizza l here the next day because we loved the flatbread from memorial drive said the same thing they burnt her pizza and it was dry. They didn’t overcharge her though.

ordered a pan crust pizza online and received hand-tossed instead. When I returned to address it, the employee insisted it was pan crust rather than correcting the mistake. I’ve ordered the same item for 20 years and know the difference.
Mistakes happen, but dismissing a customer instead of resolving the issue is unacceptable especially with competitors like Domino’s and Papa John’s nearby. Customer service and training clearly needs improvement.

I ordered a pizza with a cheese edge and it was delivered raw. I tried to put it in the oven to finish cooking and it turned like a hard stone and never took on any color. I tried to eat it and I could taste the yeast in the dough. It was bitter, it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever tried.
The service was very good, the girl was very kind but whoever cooked that pizza must undergo stronger training until he does it well. It was already late so my dinner was ruined since I couldn’t go for more but I wouldn’t go back to that place never more.

If I could give negative stars I would, tried it twice, both times order was wrong, one time they said I would get a refund, never got it, second time said they would remake my pizza and redeliver, never got it, you basically just give this store your money and you get what you get. And they do absolutely nothing to correct the problem.

I recently placed a order from Pizza Hut my debit card did not go thru ! I was told to call back they had a new system! Call back same thing happened! The very next day my debit card was hacked! Stolen ova 200 dollars! I can’t prove at the moment it was pizza hut but I’m pretty sure it was! I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone! This really needs to investigate!

I placed my order around 8:30 pm and didn’t receive my order until 11:40 pm. The driver say at the Pizza Hut at least an hour waiting for my order. Once I received my order I opened it and realized it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Not only was it completely wrong but it also was COLD. The driver had told me he believe they just grabbed a pizza from the back and gave it to him. I called twice last night. The second time I got through I was transferred and after about 5 minutes of waiting I hung up and decided I would try again the next day. I called today and asked to file a complaint. I was then transferred and after waiting over 10 minutes this time I hang up frustrated as ever. Originally I assumed it was the fault of the delivery driver but after communicating with him realized how bad their service was. I just recently started ordering from Pizza Hut again after of 20 years of not tasting it and I enjoyed it. This experience however has seriously left a bad taste in my mouth.
