The employees at the Pizza Hut on 860 Parris Island Gateway in Beaufort SC do a good job making a pizza. They are not as consistently superior as the crew before COVID was, but they do an excellent job most nights. However, a large pan take out pizza should not cost nearly $30. This store does not honor the deals one sees on TV. Do you go through the trouble to check for digital coupons, sign up for special offers based on your loyalty to the brand?— Don’t Bother. The ownership is all about getting your money now with the least bit of expenditure possible.

Im not going to publicly slam a chain pizza shop…let me say this though. First, the Pizza was okay. No real issues. Comes as advertised…sauce, on crust, with toppings. Here is my problem….2 pizzas and 12 wings….75 bucks? I was literally floored. I understand inflation, i understand food costs going up… so i tell my friend about this and he says “Did you do a combo deal?” Takes me online and literally the exact items i ordered would have been considered a “deal” or “combo box”, idk the words, it would have been like 35 dollars… SO… i say all of that to say this… IF you are going to order from PIZZA HUT, ORDER ONLINE and get the biflg box, mega million, dollar hand out discount giveaway…. and secondly, Shame on the worker taking my order and saw that i got 2 pizzas and wings and rung everything up individually instead of saying…. Hey, we can literally make the same thing and I can save you 30 dollars… as a customer…i would come back more often and leave bigger tips… but nah, get your 1 time 75 payment. Im good.

The location at Parris Island Gateway is where I called in a delivery order. I signed up for the text alerts on my order status. I was quoted 25 to 35 minutes for a delivery. The alerts came fast. This was a good thing, BUT that was about it. I received an alert that my order was out for delivery, BUT an hour later it still had not arrived. When I called the store I was told they only had one driver. I opted to pick up because it was getting late. When I arrived, my daughter asked for a refund of my delivery fee since we had to pick up. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes and gave all kinds of attitude because of the request. On top of all of this, the cheese on the pizza and cheesy bread was burnt.

My husband called and ordered 2 pizzas and a brownie cake on 3/16/2023 at about 3:45pm for pickup. He gets there at about 4:05. The person at the register did not know how to use the register and they were allowing pizza in the oven that was ready to be taken out just sit there. When my husband gets home he opens the box and it was a thin crust pepperoni that was supposed to be a pan crust meat lovers pizza. We drive another 15-20 min back to the store and get there at about 4:40. On our way there we attempted to call the store and they kept hanging up on us or it said that the call could not be completed. When we got there we showed them the receipt and the box with the wrong pizza. The man apologized and said it would take about 10 minutes to make our new pizza. While we were waiting he asks to see our receipt again to check the ticket number and said, “okay, I just wanted to make sure I made the right pizza.” He brings out another box a few minutes later that was wrong again. He said he would give us store credit for the next time we came because he didn’t want us waiting another 10 minutes. We told him we didn’t want store credit because we would not be coming back and that we just wanted the pizza we originally ordered. So we waited again for our pizza to be made. While we were waiting, there was a DoorDash employee there to pick up an order, but no one came to the register to assist her. She went towards the back to call for someone to come to the front, but they were on their cellphone. There was a pizza hut employee sitting on the customer chair that didn’t even bother to help or call someone in the back. They also left pizza in the oven again over cooking it; I was able to smell the pizza on the verge of burning. The DoorDasher looked inside the box when they gave it to her and said the customer wasn’t going to be happy that her pizza is over cooked and was hesitant to take it. We finally get our pizza at 5:15 and didn’t get home until 5:30. We ordered food to avoid waisting time because we had things to get done and ended up waisting time, gas and energy. There were also stacks of pans with cooked pizza on the floor in front of the oven. I’m not sure what was going on there, but I did not have a good experience.

I purchased the Pizza Hut Melt and the bread tasted/felt like cardboard and it was burnt. If I wanted cardboard I could have gone to Little Caesar’s and got an entire pizza for the price of the melt.

Horrible experience. Started off as delivery, I was called 10 minutes later that delivery was unavailable but I could pick it up in 15 minutes. I didn’t get my order until 20 minutes after the original time it was supposed to be. I get home and realize they gave me the wrong pizza. I tried calling the store, number was not in service. After multiple times trying to reach the store I was fed up and drove there for a refund. Waited 10 minutes while the manager fumbled with the computer, finally tells me that he’s having trouble but assures me it will be refunded, and I’m able to leave. I will not be returning again, you’re better off with Ryan’s or dominoes.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza well in advance for delivery. They cancelled my order and it was never delivered. When I tried to call the store their phone was disconnected. So I was charged and never received my order.
