Great comfortable family run Italian restaurant. Not too crowded so you can have a conversation (and hear your guests). Food is tasty, ample, and well priced. Beer and wine are a value and there is a Happy Hour on some days (ask your server). Relaxing atmosphere and no one is forcing you out to turn over tables. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are smiling and like their employment. Plenty of parking. Go off peak hours to relax at either tables, booths, or at the bar.

Since we first walked in, it was great service. The waitress was so attentive and brought us refills without having to ask. We were a big party too, and she was still on top of it. The pizza was amazing. Great flavor and fresh. Definitely recommend and will come back.

I’ve always passed by this establishment and notice that the parking lot was always full. I decided to bring my family here and so glad I did. Our server Shayla was courteous, helpful and made sure our beverages were always filled.

Normally, the pizza and service was pretty good. Lately, not so much. My family liked Pizza Central so much that when people came in from out of town, we would make sure to go to Pizza Central. However, I do not think this will happen anymore. The last 2 times have not been good experiences. One time we ordered a BBQ pizza and there was NO BBQ ON IT. The cashier person asked me to check the pizza, which I did and it looked fine. I did not lift up the cheese to check if there was BBQ on it tho. So I called the store when I got home and told them about it. I was told, “ Were you asked to check the pizza before you left?” Hinting at as if I was trying to swindle them to give me another pizza. How freaking disrespectful! I said, “I was told to check it, not lift the cheese and see if you put the BASIC INGREDIENT of a BBQ pizza on it.. the BBQ sauce.” After this disrespect, I was not going back; however, a relative came in to town and wanted it. So, I gave pizza Central one last chance. This time there was a sign saying they had to up their prices due to inflation and such: well, I think they saved on the pizza too because it was flat as paper. It tasted different too. Not as delicious. I would not recommend going to this place. If you do, I’d recommend sitting in the dining area to eat. Maybe then you can get some good food without disrespect.

Previous experiences were really good. Todays experience was that worst! The hostess asked us to have a seat and it would be a 5-10 minute wait. That’s absolutely acceptable however, what we experienced next was unbelievable. She sat two families of similar size (3 people) that arrived after us with no wait time. These individuals did not have reservations. She offered no explanation and continued to seat people before us. Poor customer service

Kudos and thumbs up to Pizza Central and it wasn’t just because I was tired and starving after a 5 hr road trip. I just happened upon this hideaway while visiting and thought I would pick up a pizza to share with my host. Upon viewing the menu I decided to try the near lasagna (been craving for at least 2 years), it didn’t disappoint. I also ordered a pizza with the works. Well all I can say is Pizza Central is as close to REAL NEW YORK CITY PIZZA, that I’ve ever experienced.

I have always loved the pizza here but this was super greasy ,as you can see, and inedible. The photo with the circles are where the marinara cups sat. Underneath was visible oil. Showed pictures to the manager the next day and her response was “did you bring it with you and did you check it before you left? She never apologized or accepted accountability for the cooks mess. I had to ask for a replacement which she allowed, but was hesitant. She tried to make it seem like it was my fault for not saying something before I left. Sometimes a little kindness and empathy may avert a negative review.
