Looking for a quick late breakfast, café con leche wan luke warm. Asked to warm up, still wasn’t hot enough. Had to ask again and received a look with attitude. The spoon had dried, crusty food on it. I asked for a second one and got that look again. The cup of water had a lemon seed from previous use. I decided not to ask for another one and just eat my mediocre Sandwich to not bother the server. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at El Caribe Restaurant. I ordered a chicken milanese with no red sauce, but instead, it arrived drenched in sauce. The chicken breast was old, soggy, and the skinniest I’ve ever seen—it was clear the food was at least two days old. The white rice was terrible, and the maduros were the frozen kind, lacking any flavor or freshness.
Overall, the meal was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend El Caribe to anyone. Stay away if you want a decent dining experience.

Server didn’t speak little English and I know less Spanish but she was patient and very pleasant and helpful with the menu and items. Food was prepared quickly, and the plates were full! Right parking in strip mall few spots heads up!

Customer service zero stars. The lady trying to explain the menu kept walking away from me. She was blending juice as she was talking to me, I couldn’t understand nothing. The respect for customer service was a horrible experience. Literally had to walk out in the first five minutes.

They made the best cuban food that I’ve tried in years!! (I’m from Cuba). Loved their black beans as well as the garbanzo soup. Great customer service. It’s very authentic and totally worth the experience.

Food was okay, but served cold. I had revuelto con espinaca, which was good after adding salt. Orange juice is freshly-squeezed oranges with no ice, served warm.

Definitely a must stop if in the area. No one there spoke English but they tried very hard. Food was amazing! Best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know the name of the shrimp dish I got but it was amazing too! (Photos attached)It had plantains, chorizo, peppers, onions, and pork skins. You spoon the mix into a soup and it was just so darn good and filling. And don’t forget to get a hand made milkshake. FYI they charge you for refills.
