Stopped here for takeout after an unfortunate experience at another local restaurant. Our order was quickly taken. My husband decided to get the Tex-Mex bowl. After debating whether to get chicken or brisket, he decided on chicken for his bowl. They told me they would give me a small sample of the brisket to try. As you can see that was very large sample! And I’m glad because it was so yummy! All of the food was very fresh and traveled well. I love how crispy the fries are! They even gave my two year old some complimentary fries while waiting. Great good and even better customer service. Will absolutely be returning soon!

What else can I say about Pig On The Road. Great atmosphere, great service and the food. The food is the best around. This is not a basic BBQ place. Everything on the menu is fantastic. The Burgers, wings, Fries (some of the best fries I’ve ever had), and Mac and cheese are absolutely delicious. The brisket is the best that I’ve ever had. All the food is gourmet. I guarantee you the drive from anywhere and everywhere is worth it. I’ve been here multiple times and I will keep coming back.

The entire experience here was AMAZING! I was greeted by Anna, who took my order and also helped me decide between the two items I was torn between. Chris and Pedro, did awesome in the kitchen! As I was enjoying my meal and atmosphere, Pedro came out to clean some tables and take empty trays so other customers didn’t have to do it. As he walked by my table, he inquired as to how everything was, to make sure that my food was to my satisfaction, to which I let him know it was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I will visit again, and I encourage anyone to give this establishment a try, as everything was GREAT!

Best tasting food in all of Dade City, Brooksville, and Tampa! Food is so fresh, flavorful, and unique. You will not leave hungry, and your taste buds will be thanking you. The staff go above and beyond, are friendly, clean, and make the experience even better! It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but they have it! This place is a must try!

I have been to the restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are AMAZING! Until POR came to Dade City, we did not have a BBQ restaurant and we now landed a GREAT one. The BBQ chicken and pork sandwiches are so delicious. Also, the mac & cheese, slaw, and sweet potato fries are a MUST TRY.

Literally just had the best Cubano and French fries ever. The portions are so big and filling. The staff was so friendly. Definitely will be our new go to place when we are in Dade City. Thanks guys for an amazing dinner.

I had the Cuban sandwich that I shared with my wife. Ordered everything and even did the survey thing to get a extra side of sweet potato fries, but this was where it all started I noticed they weren’t using gloves he was on the phone making food not the store phone his cell phone. Found lip stick on my drink glass like it wasn’t washed. My wife and I feel sick just thinking about it all. And I’m pretty sure the trays aren’t washed between customers which is disgusting. Please be aware of food safety before you go in to any restaurant.

It’s crazy how good the food is in this small place attached to the Dade city brewery. We were coming through Dade City on our way home from Webster and decided to stop for lunch. The food here is amazing. My wife and I both had some of the best burgers ever and they were huge. The garlic Sriracha wings were incredible as well. We each took home half a burger. We went to get coffee after up the street where the barista told us the fries were so good there, she’s eaten nothing else since they opened- 7 mos ago. Highly recommend.
